Prostar Insurance

I have known the Prostar founders for several years. The people at Prostar not only want to do a great job for their clients, they aim to be excellent community members and citizens to. I have referred several people to Prostar and will continue to do so. These gentlemen are great and they sincerely want to help people and run a great business.

Found these folks through Dave Ramsey’s ELP (Endorsed Local Providers) program. Always professional and great service. I now have Home, Auto, and Umbrella policies through their excellent brokerage and they review the coverage to see if they can save me more money yearly. They beat all the insurance policies I had in place before finding them.
I had several questions about various options and they did a great job of comparing them and giving me competing quotes so I could make the best choices.

My good friend and CPA was doing my taxes a few years back and advised me to switch to ProStar Insurance because he said we were paying way too much money for our home owners insurance for our home and rental homes. I made the switch for all my homes and my vehicles and let me tell you I saved at least $ 500 per year! It’s not only about the savings, all of the staff at ProStar are helpful and knowledgeable. A quick phone call is all it takes for coverage, and an insurance card is emailed to me before I even end the phone call. 5 STARS for sure.

I have been using Prostar Insurance for 4 years now and they have helped me with numerous insurance products to meet my needs with annual reviews. All of the prices they’ve provided have been very competitive and have helped me both to answer many questions on what coverage details are and the best policies/​companies to save money. I’ve been very pleased with all the interactions I have had with the companies they have recommended to me. I highly recommend Prostar for all your insurance broker needs!

I am so grateful for these guys. They gave me all combinations of quotes I was asking for, got back to me right away. They went through items with me line by line and helped me decide what was right for me. They helped me get my young adult child insured at a reasonable price. Also, they saved me 70% on my home insurance!

John Pfeil was slow to respond to emails, and when he did respond it was clear that he had made no effort to read my messages or understand my insurance needs. I had to email him the make, model, and vin numbers of my cars numerous times. After that he still tried to sell me a product I had expressed a strong dislike for.
In addition to not purchasing insurance through Prostar Insurance, I reported the experience to Dave Ramsy’s ELP program. I felt this was important as a big part of the program is that ELPs are suppose to take a keen interest in your personal needs, and not just sell you something you don’t need or want. In other words, by choosing an ELP, I was expecting exactly the opposite of what I got from Prostar Insurance.

Great public relations and customer service skills there Eric!!!
To be fair, I checked my records and confirmed that I had the name of the agent I was dealing with wrong. This was an over site on my part and I have corrected it above.
I had originally attempted to contact Eric Johnson, but my inquiry had some how ended up with John Pfeil. It was John Pfeil who was slow to respond to emails he seemed to not read. Eric did not respond to my emails.
I hope that clears up any misrepresentation.
