Friendly greeting. Gave my friend and I time to browse. My friend who is not a knitter was offered a free pattern that she can give to her sister for boot warmers. Nice yarn at reasonable price points. As someone mentioned they carry Dream in Color. I like to come here because I feel welcome. They have two knitting areas and you are free to sit and knit anytime.

This is what I think of as a tourist yarn store. Not a lot of stock, they were friendly, but it wasn’t worth the trip out. Nicer yarns were dream in color, hikoo, Rowan cascade. It would do in a pinch, but if you’ve been knitting a while and want more variety, might look elsewhere.

Came to this store during the LYS tour. From day one, these ladies were super sweet, friendly, enthusiastic and down to earth. Since that day, I have come back for stitch night on Mondays, and so many days in between. There is no judging, just warmth in this store. All the employees and the regulars are eager to welcome new customers and people to become a part of their crafting community. The classes are very reasonably priced and everyone is always eager to help you with a question or problem you may have with your projects. You can not go wrong with going to Yarn of Eden. Ever. The only thing I wish I could change was to take Yarn of Eden with me back to NY
