7-Eleven Stores

This location doesnt deserve a star. I went in to fora money order of $ 630.00. Once the cashier gave me my money order and took my money, he suddenly decides to mention to me he will give me my change «maybe» in two minuted because he has to open the safe. I asked how long it will take he answered he didnt know. I suggested for him to say that at the beginning of the transaction and he responded well this isnt a bank and proceeded to help the next person. I am a truly. hot headed person and I couldve easily. caused a scene for him that he wouldve never forgotten but I decided to let him slide and ignore his ignorance. After about 10 minutes, he gave me my change. If people such as this asshole do not value their job or dont want to socialize when people, then I recommend for you not to work at all. I can careless if he was having a bad day. There is no way this is acceptable in any way. Sadly I didnt care enough to catch his name. Will I return here? Hell no! This place does not deserve my money. Beware.

When nothing but a sugar-​induced coma will do I come here for all my skittles, snicker’s ice cream bars, soda and starburst needs.

Best c-​store in town. Wonderfully close to my apartment, so when I’m in the mood for something quick at 1am, 7 – 11 is less than 5 minutes away. I’m glad there’s at least one 24-​hour store in Boulder.
Good selection of chips, candies, drinks, and even some cold/​frozen items. I actually like their store brand chips better than Lays, so I always snag a bag when I’m there. And as Megan H says, «mmmmm slurpee.» Perfect afternoon treat on a hot day.
Staff is always friendly, even late at night, and as someone who’s worked shifts that don’t end until 3, I can tell you that’s a job in itself.

Yes its a 7 – 11 but where else can you get a delicious sugary slurpee on a 90 degree day!
And if you want to make it adult-​esque, just drink a bit of your slurpee on the way home, then fill it up with vodka, rum, gin etc, stir and sip it by the pool for a refreshing treat. Note: depending on the amount of alcohol you add to your slurpee, you may wish to at times, stand up to see that you can still walk.
