I called Chem-​Dry with an emergency — my 2 year old had thrown up all over the shag carpet (I’m in a rental — not my choice!) and his vomit was full of blackberries so everything was purple. Jim said he could get someone out same day to spot clean, which was a lifesaver given my panic. I called back to cancel after I did some cleaning and realized that somehow most of the stain had lifted in the night, and he was really lovely and accommodating.
I’ve used these guys before and they’ve always done a great job and been affordable, and I’ve had many recommendations from friends. I also appreciate that whatever they use doesn’t leave a crazy chemical smell behind. But I really appreciated today’s service trying to help me out in an emergency, I really didn’t expect to be able to get someone out until late in the week.

Two guys came out to clean my carpets, which hadn’t been cleaned for a decade. When I saw the results, it was bad — streaks all over. So why am I giving them 5 stars? Because I called Jim Wyss, the owner, to complain. He and the crew came out immediately and recleaned the carpets without charge. The second time through, it was excellent. In addition, there was an oil stain that had been there for years. A specialty spot-​cleaning service was not able to get it out. These guys got it out!
The willingness of the owner to make it right really impressed me. I would certainly use them again.

These guys are miracle workers!
We have two boys, who were 1 and 2 when we first moved to Boulder. We had a high-​end rental for 18 months and were concerned that we would have to replace the whole house of carpet (wool, cream) I just can’t explain how much dirt, sand, food, marker and crayon ended up on the carpet. It was embarrassing.
I called Jim at Chem Dry the day before the realtor came to inspect. His guys came and treated each spot with a different solution. In an hour, the carpet looked new. And the price for a 3,400 SF house? Under $ 300. A fraction of what we would’ve paid to replace. The guys were super professional and extremely thorough.
I’ve already lined up Chem Dry to protect the new carpets at our new house.

Found these guys through a Google ad, and called them to clean our microfiber sofa. It ended up being a little more pricey than I thought it’d be (from my phone estimate), but that was due to some confusion on the size of my sofa. My advice? Just be as clear as you can about how big your sofa is (and measure, ha). Overall, the guys were super nice and they gave me a discount as well. My sofa looks pretty darn good, better than it has in years. I’d recommend them. :)

I will get right into it. Customer service is excellent!!! The results were better than any other company I have hired. We even had a small issue as I forgot to check a closet that was hidden and they for got to clean it and they worked out a fare resolution quickly and in a kind and clear way. I will hire them every time!

Chem dry cleaned the carpets in our old apartment yesterday. Today I checked out their work and was blown away. Before the carpets were dingy, splotchy and stained. I wasn’t really even sure what color they were. Today they’re the perfect tan/​beige. The most unbelievable part was that they removed the large tattoo ink stain even though I was told it wasn’t likely. Tattoo ink is usually extremely permanent, but whatever they used worked wonders. I highly recommend using Chem Dry of Boulder for any carpet cleaning needs. They’re all very nice and friendly as well, which is very important to me.
