Reading some negative news about this location on social media and its treatment of African American customers. Sounds like they’re not welcome there and get harassed routinely.

This store is so very small. It did not have what I wanted. I called the Flatiron Crossing store, which did not have it either. I used to be able to get stuff at Flatiron XC but now they have downsized that store when it moved locations in the mall. So for this item I had to order online and pay shipping. Not a way I want to shop them but my husband needed the item. Both stores are now too small to be enjoyable.

Yes, this place is small therefore it doesn’t carry a great selection like the other locations. I get the sense that this mall is limited in selection, every store is small, and limited. Perhaps it is the high price of rent in this location?

A typical Eddie Bauer — only this set up is a little more narrow than most locations. And there are awkward walls down the sides of the store that make the store seem even smaller. If you’re going out of your way to go to an Eddie Bauer — go to the one at Flatiron Crossing. This one is okay if you’re already shopping at the 29th Street Mall.
