Love Clarks Shoes… However I would advise you to stay away from this store. They had none of the shoes I asked for and the associate brought other«similar» styles so that I could try on. This being said… None of the shoes he brought out looked anything like the ones I asked for. I guess this is a sales technique but for me it does NOT work. Ended up ordering a pair of sandals that was assured by the sales guy would arrive in the mail within 5 days. Hasn’t happened yet. It’s been a week and no shoes in sight. When I called the store they told me it was sent yesterday(day 6)… And I should get them within the next 2 days. I will not go back to this store since they seem to not have good inventory and will do anything to sell you what they don’t have(that includes telling you a lie.)

Similar experience to John J. Several great associates but a real sourpuss ruined the experience.

I received very bad customer service at Clarks Shoes in Boulder. I went to return a pair of shoes my wife bought a few weeks ago. Though my wife did not wear the shoes out before returning it just one day after she bought it, the sales girl gave a dirty look, asked irrelevant questions, and completely ignored me when I asked about other pairs on display at the store… I certainly wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone. Thanks

I love Clark shoes, but this review is about this particular store. Overall the employees are friendly, helpful and kind. But there is one employee, not sure if she is a manager or just a sales associate but she is very very pushy, and if you don’t buy anything she acts upset. In fact whenever I do go there if I see her in I won’t go.

I have shopped here for years. It actually smells like a shoe store. They have real leather in here in a wide variety of styles. It’s not your grandmother’s Clark’s anymore, though I occasionally wish they still had a few more of the more comfortable styles for my hard to fit feet. That staff is very helpful.

OK — I know… it kind of has that grandma shoe reputation… but, they have been re-vamping their styles and after finding a pair of really cool shoes in NYC that unexpectedly were Clarks, I thought I would pay our local Clarks Shoes a visit. I was very happily taken aback and found not a lot, but SOME — yes some — excellent, youthfully appropriate shoes. I can walk miles in them and receive«cute shoes» compliments.

Well let me tell you, I did not expect this… Clarks was barely on my radar as having shoes that would suit my style. I had it in mind that their shoes were, well… rather dull and too«pedestrian»(ha) for my taste. So when I found myself at 29th Street last winter and in need of some new boots, I strolled in to their store thinking«what the heck, I’m here… I’ll give it a try». And within minutes, I was delighted. For me, they were a shining beacon of customer service and quality in Boulder’s wasteland of such a pairing. I found the sales staff to be really pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable without being at all over-bearing. After finding many choices that I really adored, I settled for an ankle length pair of brown leather boots that I wore probably five out of seven days a week for four months. They are good looking, hip, and even with a 2 ½″ heel, they are ultra comfortable. They even held up well when I needed the zipper re-sewn after Heather, the Brittany spaniel, chewed through them.(She liked them, too. «Yum, tasty», she said.) They just kept on ticking. And they’ll be fine into next season, too. For $ 149, it was money well spent. And… as an extra bonus, they guarantee their socks for life. So great.
