I’ve been using Indra to host my web servers for over 5 years now. The service has been great! Network connectivity has been rock solid and I’m able to get touch labor whenever needed. When they migrated to a new building, it went off without a hitch.

I noticed that someone else’s post described a problem with their billing. I’m sorry that they had trouble. My own experience is 180 degrees from that. I’ve had their service for over 10 years, and have had nothing but good experiences with them. They are always helpful when I have a problem, and I haven’t had any troubles with billing.

I was forced to use this ISP service in order to access my own domain when using a QWESTDSL account. From day 1 I have had nothing but problems with their billing. They can’t seem to get it right, or they claim that my credit card is not valid after using it for months to successfully bill me for service. I called them to complain about excessive bandwidth charges and they said they would«get back to me» to let me know what had occurred and what could be done to resolve it. They never called. I had to call them repeatedly and finally just gave up after the 5th call. The worst part is that they are completely incapable of just picking up the phone to call me(I have to call them) or even sending me an email when there is a problem. They simply just mark my account with LATE payment status and add late charges. No one could be bothered to just call me to let me know they were having problems with the credit card(that had not changed in years). They are nice enough on the phone, but their service is DOGSLOW and their accounting department is completely incompetent in every respect. No excuse for this sort of incompetence.
