Do NOT sign a contract with this internet service provider until they change their end of service terms. We had been clients since 2008 — seven years! We notified them in April of our intent to end service and removed our servers from their site in May. They continued to charge us an additional three months because their agreement renews itself on an annual basis for an additional 12 months! Who does that? We all accept a one or two year contract, and then expect it to go month to month, not an additional year. We were not provided services, therefore should not have incurred further costs, yet they continued to charge our credit card using different merchant accounts! BEWARE! DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH FRII!!!
