I’m not a boulder resident, but when I visit CU, or my friends nearby, I usually come to pearl and stop in. I bought my first glass pipe here, and it is by far the sturdiest glassware I own. That being said, I’ve probably busted half a dozen«regularly» priced pieces. The prices here aren’t spectacular and they don’t do you any refunds or returns or exchanges for any reasons, but I’ve never had bad experiences as a result of the staff. Just be sure that you want it before you buy it, haggle it down a few bucks, and be careful with it. I would be cautious making large purchases here. I personally have never had a quality issue, but have heard it from others and I have dealt with no returns.

Do you like quality glass and friendly faces when you are buying expensive glass? Do you go glass shopping expecting your glass to last for a long time? If so THISPLACEISNOTFORYOU!!! Take your money elsewhere, there are plenty of other glass shops in Boulder, even on Pearl… This place blows, horrible customer service, overprice their pieces and wont accept responsibility for selling defective pieces.

Hey guys, first off this place probably has the worst customer service I have heard of. I am friends with one the reviewers who’s water pipe was broken after two weeks of use. I actually thought it was a very nice piece of glass and worth the price. I was considering going to purchase a nice pipe myself. My friend told me of a stress fracture that he had developed, which is common in defective glass. Usually a head shop will replace the glass or give a full refund, which in business is the correct thing to do. Happy customers mean more referrals, which in turn means more business. This place must not like money, because they do not like to treat their customers with any respect. My buddy was literally told to «fuck off.» How could any place of business get away with conducting actions to a customer so poorly. Mile High, you have lost any of my interest from buying from you store. Maybe, should you right your wrongs, I may reconsider.

I wish I could give 0 stars. About 2 weeks ago I went to Mile High Pipe on Pearl St. and purchased a $ 30016 inch straight shot stemless water pipe with a flat honecomb perc. The guy working there told me it was a very sturdy water pipe and I had made a good purchase. Fast forward 2 weeks, and I come home to my locked and empty room to see that while I was at classes, the tube had cracked. It was a hairline crack all around the circumference of the tube and it was quite obvious it was due to a structural issue(see pic below). I called you guys and told the guy who picked up the phone what happened. He told me there was nothing you would do. I asked to speak with the manager. He said he was the manager. He then accused me of breaking the water pipe and lying about it to him. I told him that I didn’t and it was obvious that this store had sold me defective glass. He then told me to «FUCKOFF» and hung up. I can safely say I will never come back here again.

The above reviewer must have dealt with the owner, because now days the only employees are hippy/punk looking girls who have no idea about any of the products and are very rude and condescending. I have visited this store many times, and have realized that you can buy the exact same products in the store(besides local blown glass) online for 1⁄5th the price! This is due to their high rent they pay to be on pearl. Don’t do business with girls who think they are gods gift to the world, when you can save enormously online!
