Not even worth the«sale» price I paid. Added on a 10-minute neck and shoulder massage, that didn’t really happen. She spent a couple minutes, maybe. Advertised sugaring(for hair removal) but they don’t actually offer it. It’s listed on their website and their ad mat they’ve got circulating around town. The entire facial was applied with bare hands, which isn’t normally how that is supposed to work(in my experience). Seemed very amateur and I left feeling ripped off. The receptionist asked me if I wanted to leave a tip and how much right in front of the facialist, so I felt like I had to even though the treatment was super disappointing.

Mud is the best new concept in skincare. In and out in 30-minutes with a «back to basics» deep facial cleanse and treatment. The products used here are 100% organic, and all food grade ingredients. My skin is so much healthier since I started getting facials here and switching to their products. Especially in Colorado with this dry air, it’s hard to find something that actually helps! The price point is also what makes this place fantastic. To be able to get a service done for $ 40(and $ 25 for your first one!) is what allows me to get facials more regularly. Did I mention they’ll take walk-ins?! I highly recommend checking this place out! (Oh, AND you can book online!)

I have to say, the service was excellent. Great skin care products. I bought the vitamin c oil for post shaving and it helps tremendously. My facial experience was great and comfortable. Nothing better then a pre facial steam bath. The setting is pretty cool, and vibrant. I was greeted by the actual owners of mud and was given a quick very informative explanation of what they do and the available skin products. Gumballs and jelly beans are waiting for consumption there as well.
