This place is great. Often busy, sometimes crowded, so plan ahead if in a group. Staff here is always nice and friendly, and I’ve never really had to wait too long. They always kick ass with the food prep, and Ive never had a bad meal here. Good prices, quality food, good staff. Heading back early and often!

This is the first review I have ever written. That’s how upset I am with the service I received. I did an over the phone pick-up order because I was grabbing a quick lunch. The gal on the phone was very short and rude. I didn’t remember the name of the entrée that I had ordered previously and enjoyed. She was not helpful at all, and ended up ordering me the wrong food. Assuming she got it right, I picked it up and went on my way. After I’m back at the office, I open up my meal, and what do I see? A bowl of noodles! When I asked for a salad. I am on a low carb diet. Not to mention there is no sauce, completely dry and hardly any tomatoes. So I have already left the restaurant, and completely wasted my $ 11. I do not plan to ever order from here again. Absolutely terrible service. One employee reflects the entire company.

Good food made to order. For a chain it was very good. Had the tomato bisque an steak stroganoff

Extremely rude service. When I walked in the guy didn’t even acknowledge me. He was counting money in the register instead and completely ignored me. Then when I finally ordered I gave him my flatiron card and he rolled his eyes and slammed the register closed. I will never go back.

I ordered pesto cavatappi and it was dry, singed, maybe had one tomato and had what NO sauce on it. By the time I got home I wasn’t willing to drive all the way back and inquire. Was that a mistake or a new modification to save calories? It was pretty tasteless and terrible. I generally like Noodles so I was bummed out. Probably won’t return to this location.

Two stars only because I truly do like the food. I’ve been going to noodles for years, I remember when they first started. The closest location to me is the 29th street one and let me just say the service is beyond poor. There is an older man who always seems upset, like taking my order is the last thing he wants to be doing. Last night was the worst. I recently found out I can not have gluten, while telling the man I wanted gluten free noodles, he rudely said then you shouldn’t order that dish. I was a little annoyed but I moved on. I placed my order, paid for what seemed like a very over priced meal and sat down. I was charged for gluten free noodles, fine, but at least tell me there will be an up charge for the noodles. When my dish arrived it wasn’t correct, it was missing things, things were added that shouldn’t have been and I was missing the salad I ordered as well. When I went to say something I was told I never ordered a salad and they’d be happy to charge me for one. Overall I was extremely disappointed. I’ll be driving across town from now on.

Noodles & Company is a great«fast-casual» concept. They serve multiple types of cuisine that all contain noodles. They have Italian style pastas, Asian style noodle dishes and Mac & Cheese variations. The food is reasonably priced and presented in a very simple and easy to understand menu. It’s a great concept and the food was very tasty.

It’s a chain restaurant with chain restaurant food. I don’t find anything on their menu to be particularly exciting. I’ve tried it all and I still don’t have a ‘favorite’. My problem with Noodles is that all of their food is just so heavy. Like spring snow in Colorado heavy. After I eat here I feel like I literally have to drag myself out of the door. It could be considered ‘comfort food’ I guess? Because you eat it and you can literally veg-out for the rest of the day. Noodles, with your semi-unique fast food, your convenient online ordering, and your ability to make me feel disgustingly full, I will trust you again one day when nothing else sounds better. Or when I’m in the mood to talk to a member of your surprisingly friendly staff(seriously, where do you find these people?). (Side note: this location can add tofu to anything. Yay tofu!)

I LOVENOODLES. Order online and then go pick it up! You don’t have to wait in line. and get a rice crispy. Yum.

I was pleasantly suprised at the quality of the food. I will come here again, I want to try the Mac and Chesse

Unlike other Noodle & Co places, this one is supposedly one that the corporate uses to experiment with«fancy» options – aka wine bar. I don’t care much for such thing because no matter how Noodles & Co spins their joint, it is a fast food dining place for me. I only come here because I like their signature dish, the Truffle Mac. I like it so much that I’m willing to give them four stars.

This is the kind of meal you want an antidote for. It’s fast, but it’s not exactly cheap(approx $ 9 a dish with tax if you get meat or tofu). We ordered the Wisconsin Mac and the Thai Curry Soup. How can I accurately describe disgusting to you? Anything I say here does not do the adjective justice. The mac was plain elbow noodles in low-grade butter with a few token shreds of bland mont/jack blend. Two slices of chicken. The soup had a layer of grease and oil on it, and instead of the coconut adding sweetness to what would be a slightly hot and savory soup, this thing was loaded with unidentified sweetener(corn syrup, anyone?), had a few noodles, burnt tofu, three slices of mushroom, the worst version of carrots. Seriously, seriously, disgusting.

This has become a go-to place of sorts for me when I’m seeing a movie at the Century theater as part of the 29th street mall. The venue has good variety-the noodle dishes are separated into American, Asian, and Mediterranean. One of their most popular dishes is their Wisconsin mac and cheese, which is super tasty. In addition to the noodle dishes, they have salads and sandwiches. My last time here, I tried their version of the cheesesteak. It was good, but not great. In any case, the service here is really good, and the food is tasty with a good variety. It’s a good option if you’re looking for food before a flick.

I was sort of annoyed when I went into Noodles tonight to find that they have revamped this particular restaurant to include a wine/dessert bar and table service. In my opinion, that’s not what Noodles is all about. When I dine there(which I often do, since I have kids), I want to get in, order and be served quickly, know that the food will be consistent, and then be on my way. Noodles is not a restaurant where I want to leisurely dine. The change to the décor(taking up much needed table space and making the restaurant darker) is unattractive, as are the extra staff hanging around waiting to help customers. The addition feels gimmicky and ridiculous in what essentially amounts to a fast food restaurant. Personally, I would have preferred them to put the money into improving the food quality, which has felt like it’s been steadily going downhill.
