Good as always. Clean and staff was friendly and helpful A little hard to find parking. Would go there again and again

Great food. Fast service even if there is a long line. They know how to move people through the long line but still have excellent service. Great industrial artwork, too.

I got a chicken burrito bowl, but the woman who served me forgot to add any rice, beans, or chicken! I hold Chipotle to a high standard since they raise their meat right, but how can I enjoy their food if the server cheats me out of my food? She put a little bit of rice, chicken, and beans and stockpiled a lot of lettuce. This isn’t the service I have come to know, love, and appreciate from chipotle and I am severely disappointed and very upset. –Jacob

Wow. Busy place! Just don’t try and help whoever is making your burrito by pointing and extending your arm over the glass barriers– you’ll be admonished and when she subsequently gets the burrito wrong she’ll look even more annoyed! Wow– again, I guess they don’t need to be customer oriented will how crowded they are. Too bad!

They ran out of chipotle sauce and got my sister’s order wrong. We love chipotle, just not this one.

Ever since they only started to hire college kids the line moves SO slow. Even outside of peak hours. They used to be lightning fast, back in the day, at this location. Really annoying. Good consistent food comparable to any other Chipotle chain though.

I love this place, but depending on who is working I often feel cheated out of a decent portion. Some of the line workers have started a trend of making you the smallest burrito possible. Why are you getting cheap on rice and beans? I find myself asking for more rice, and more beans every other time I come in.

I am always impressed with the chipotle operation. They have a system figured out. Staff is always fast and friendly. And it’s healthy eating an hour after everything else shuts down.

BESTCHIPOTLEINTHESTATE! I am always blown away and impressed by the staff at this Chipotle. It’s always clean and QUICK. Plus everyone is so friendly! They look happy! It’s such a pleasure for me to go in and not wait in a long line, be given quality food AND feel like I want the staff as my family. Come home with me for Christmas! Seriously love them all. Jenny(who was just hired) is a TOTAL standout. She is EXCEPTIONAL. She went above and beyond to make our dining experience incredible. 5 stars for this Chipotle because I felt like I was in a 5 star restaurant!

I absolutely love chipotle salads. When I realized guac came free with the veggie option I was elated. On my most recent visit(it had sadly been months) I was even more excited for my salad than usual as I’d been working hard to move contents of one storage unit into another storage unit. On this evening I was thankful that the line was not very long and there were tons of staff on hand. So many in fact that I inquired if employee training was being conducted(it was not). When I got up to the register I opted to add chips(after all we’d been working hard moving boxes etc for the past couple of hours). It wasn’t until I had secured a seat at an outdoor table with the hot sauces lined up just so that I realized that the best part was missing — the salad dressing(the recipe used to be a bit better but changed about 1 – 1.5 years ago). I ran up to the register to inquire about the dressing and the staffer(presumed manager — by the name of Rex — if the ‘host’ name on my receipt is correct) informed me that they had ‘been out of dressing for a long time’. With the number of staffers on hand this information really surprised me. I was devastated and had completely lost interest in my meal as the dressing is my favorite part. I’m definitely going to think twice before eating at this location again.

The best thing is that it is all organic. Hence 4 stars. Tastes decent, not perfect hence one star less. Clean. Welcoming staff.

The staff was incredibly unenthusiastic and slow working while there was a line out the door at 8:30. I waited in line for probably 15 minutes before I was greeted and it took another 5 to finally finish paying. This is unnacceptable since every other chipotle ive been to is really efficiant and the employees are speedy and energetic. No one working looked like they even knew what they were doing and the line defeated them to the point that they didnt even care how long customers were having to wait in line. Easily the worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I’ve worked at 4 different food jobs and I can easily say that these employees should be held to a much higher standard in customer service, especially with how busy this location is. Unbelievable.

Great food as with any other Chipotle. However, I was pleasantly surprised to have employees and the manager of a fast food establishment approach my dining party and asking how are meals were. I’m from NY so it might be typical Colorado hospitality, I wouldn’t be surprised. Nice touch.

Magical. This chipotle may be busy but it hooks it up fat and if you can’t wait 10 minutes then you just don’t appreciate food and don’t deserve this phenomenal meal.

Crazy, 3.5 years later and my review has not improved. This chipotle is always, I mean always busy. The bad times started about a month ago. Waiting in line with 5 people ahead of us, and it took 20 minutes to get a burrito bowl, come on! You’re not even having to roll the damn thing, it’s scooped into a bowl!!! So I sent a friendly email to corporate, saying jeez tiny portions, long wait and no one there seemed to care. I got a gift card for a free burrito, ohhhh boy! I go back to redeem that free burrito, and much to my amazement, the line is up to the door and doubled back onto itself. Jeez, maybe you should have more than 2 people working at 6 pm at night??? So 25 minutes later and a few PhDs of the line, a new not so friendly email to the corporate office and I’ve decided that I am done with chipotle for a while. Lie and behold a coupon for buy one get one free shows up, bring the thrifty people we are, we head back. Make a plan, go right after work, 5:15– can’t be too many people there then right? Wrong! That same scenario where the line is doubled back onto itself. So we walk in at 5:30, the wait is no lie, 30 minutes!!! How does that happen when everything is made ahead and in a steam table? So after 20 minute we get close to the spot to order and what do we see? 6 people and 2 managers setting up a training demo, 2 people working the line and a cashier… So you guys decide that yes, let’s train 6 new employees at 5:30 at night, and take up 2 managers time. So thus chipotle is known for the small portions and un-fair treatment of what you get size wise. I get up to the line, eager, it’s lime a hot restaurant that you’ve been wanting to eat at, and the guy scoops a legit ½ cup of rice in the bowl… Come on dude! You can raise your prices and then skimp out on servings, especially since it’s only thus one chipotle! Finally go to cash out and I asked, why have 6 trainees and 2 managers doing nothing? I get the coined BS answer of how they’re so busy and they are hiring more blah blah blah… I’m sure if Steve Ells were to walk through the door, those managers would’ve tabled the training until, say there wasn’t a 30 minute wait for a damn burrito with pre-made ingredients. I think it’d be worth the drive to downtown, pay to park and get better service at the other chipotle! Here’s a thought, maybe open another store, close by. There like 4 Starbucks in a 4 blink radius, they know people will go, take a hint from another millennial fav Chipotle and open a new store!

This location usually has a long wait. Pair that with the meager servings they dish out and you end up with one of the more underwhelming Chipotle experiences you’ll have.

I’m a huge Chipotle fanatic. I’ve been to majority of Chipotles in Denver and Boulder. Because this branch is closest to school, I go here pretty much every week — I was a regular customer. I would always get a steak burrito every time. I’ve always thought that this branch didn’t put enough steak inside(usually half a scoop) compared to most other Chipotle branches. While I was pretty disappointed at that, I eventually got over it because I thought that they do this to every customers… until today. I found out that the guy that scoops up the steak actually discriminates how much steak he gives out, depending on the person. I’ve always had my suspicions but I definitely saw it crystal clear today. He scooped out 2 full scoops of steak… yes, 2 whole scoops… to the lady in front of me; but only gave me half a scoop. It was such an obvious difference in treatment, I felt like he was passively telling me to never come back or something. Being a regular customer for the last 3 years, I felt pretty betrayed and discriminated. I’ve never been so upset with Chipotle before. Conclusion: if you’re an Asian American Chipotle fanatic, do not go to this branch. They will discriminate, and give you less food than you deserve. I will surely never come back to this branch again in my lifetime, and will be informing all of my friends about it.

I feel like 3 ½ stars for this chipotle is much to low. They are extremely efficient at what they do during the lunch hour and the food is cooked with love! Heaping portions every time and they are consistently friendly. It’s probably my favorite one in Colorado and the great deal is an extra incentive to go at least once a week.

This is one of my favorite Chipotle locations. The service is always speedy and they load up the toppings on your burrito. Other Chipotle locations are usually stingy about that. I usually order the burrito bowl with corn taco shells on the side, which is great because they usually don’t charge for the taco shells. If you crave quesadillas, you should definitely try Chipotle’s and get it with carnitas. It’s delicious!

I used to write«best barbacoa in town» but they don’t deserve that anymore. Yesterday went here for a late lunch. My wife doesn’t like the way they cook the beans at locations closer to us, so this has been a detour for us. I’d even drive over from Westminster for lunch if I really wanted Chipotle. They were that good. Apparently they changed chefs. For the second time now, the barbacoa was very spicy but also, worst of all, salty. The chicken was much too fat according to my wife. And the rice was just marginally good. Keeping the patio clean and the furniture in decent shape seems to be an issue with a lot of Boulder restaurants. Sorry to see that Chipotle doesn’t feel they need to set a standard. With regard to indoor seating, I wish they’d move the tables at the entrance to the wall so that people on line don’t stick their hands in your food — it feels that close. We used to come here exclusively if we felt like having Chipotle(which was quite often mind you). Sadly, the expression«all good things must come to an end» seems to apply here as well. Unless this was a one time experience, we won’t be back. P. S. If you’re really hungry, insist on getting more food. Portion sizes have come down dramatically, kind of like Chipotle in New York.
