Sometimes the pumps are extremely slow, like 15 minutes to pull gas I assume that’s what happens when gas is low? It’s just ridiculous but also I guess it’s very busy At times bc of the location and not much other options around
If you go during the peak hours it can be busy but now it seems they are staffed just fine. It used to be 24 hours but now it’s not. Which is smart bc King Soopers is right behind it if you need snacks you can go there. You can still get gas late with a card

I seriously want to stab my eyeballs out as I stand here and wait for the payment machine to function. It. Is. Insanely. Slow! Swipe card. Wait. Asks for zip code. More waiting. It takes twice as long to pay as it took to fill up with gas. I rarely come here bc of this. Painfully slow.

For goodness sakes I just want to buy gas! How about I swipe my card, press a button, and pump? The controls and menus on the pumps here are slow and overly complex. Can we just resurrect Steve Jobs and have him design a pump interface please? And the current pumps play these annoying videos. I never ever want to see those.
Not this is just the pumps. I blame She’ll for that. The people inside are nice and I love the take out burritos.

I would agree with most of the other reviews on here, the prices are usually decent but the service is pretty bad! I really don’t ever have to go inside since all I get is gas but the few times I have gone inside they weren’t exactly the nicest people. They are the only gas station in town and the nearest other station would be Boulder or Niwot, so your choices really are limited. Since its Shell the gas should be good quality, I wish the service was. the same.

Slow pumps, slow credit card reader, dodgy receipt printers. OK price. Not bad considering they are the only gas station in Gunbarrel. At least they have free air and fixed their carwash. Did I mention the pumps are slow? The. Pumps. are. Really. Slooooooow.

Not that people check Unilocal on gas stations, but I have to review the place. The sole good thing I can say is that they take king soopers card. But no matter how many points you have, you only get a dime off at most. Anyway, the car wash is awful. It is like they are trying to save money by not using enough of the tri color soap. The dryer is so weak that it doesn’t dry your car, it just blows the water into visible streaks. Then there’s the pumps. The computers in them are so slow that you feel like saying screw it and not using your king soopers card at all. The staff is rude and the bathroom is so filthy you’d rather hold it. It may be spite, but I’d rather run out of gas than pull my wallet out at this dump.

I know it’s just a gas station /​convenience store, but are manners not important to these people at all? I stopped there on the way to work and had to wait to make my purchase while the clerk finished texting someone. The next morning I stopped by again and the same clerk was there. This time I paid her and had to wait for my change while she put her hair up in a clip. She was clearly busy with more important things than the customers who provide her livelihood. And I had the nerve to show up and make her actually do her job, at least for a minute. SO sorry to have interrupted, both times! Later I called and asked to speak to the manager. He wasn’t there, but I was given an email address where I could contact him. I sent him a note about what had happened and never got a response. Obviously the complete lack of manners is systemic, and I prefer not to give my money to such rude people. That place will never get another penny from me.
