At the recommendation of a friend, I booked an appointment with Carly. My usual colorist was just getting so hard to book when convenient for my schedule.
Wow I am so glad I found Carly! I’ll admit I was a little nervous about booking color at a walk in salon, but I quickly overcame that concern after a few minutes. I think she qualifies as a Best Kept Secret.
The salon uses Paul Mitchell, Biolage, Nioxin, Crew, Redkin products.
And, during the holidays, product is 50% off!
I had a full head of highlights /​foils plus a cut for a VERY reasonable price. I have tons of hair so this is an amazing value and especially for this quality. After my shampoo, blow dry… seeing the subtle highlights pop made me happy.
My hair looks silky and nourished. My layers look fabulous, and the color and highlights are beautiful.
Shhhh…I may be sorry to share her name but I’m a five-​star fan! Kudos, Carly. Your hard work is much appreciated!

I walked in today and there was no one waiting… NO ONE. I asked if I could get a haircut and after a few moments the person at the register informed me that there would be a 30 minute wait. I’ve always believed that a customer in your establishment is worth two via the online App. Booo!

This SuperCuts is busy and understaffed. This morning, there was one person spending about 15 minutes per haircut, and a surprising number of people came in during that time.
The person doing the haircuts was professional and responsive, and I think she did a decent time given the short amount of time and all of the competing demands for her attention (answering the phone and helping people check-​in all while attempting to cut someone’s hair.)

I like this Supercuts, I’ve gotten my hair cut here a few times and my boyfriend always goes here. The place can get busy so I highly suggest calling ahead and putting your name on the wait list.
The staff is variable in terms of service, quality and personality. I also suggest that if you find someone you like then try and stick with that person. One good thing is that you get a rewards card– Get 8 haircuts and get the 9th free. I think it’s a nice incentive. Also they actually have a pretty decent selection of hair products. We use the Paul Mitchell Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner which are great for sensitive scalp. Obviously Supercuts is prime for hair trims and simple cuts, this location is no different but it works for me.
