Picked up great breakfast to go here and they were really helpful and kind. I got two omelets to go and they had them really well packed for me and ready to roll. The food was very tasty and I really enjoyed it! The loaded me up with pretty high quality to go boxes and silverware, and in classic Boulder fashion it was all recycled. I wish I could have stayed to dine in because it had a great atmosphere and a lot of old timers joking around.

In Boulder for business. Found this based on reviews just around corner from Marriott Courtyard where I’m staying. Great breakfast omelet. Super fast service. Busy with retirees and law enforcement… two constituencies that know good food.

My first time there… your basic greasy diner-esque food(which is a good thing). I had some breakfast and it was delicious. Will definitely be back to try more stuff next time. Also, SUPER reasonably priced and the portions are large.

Perfect place for breakfast. Had breakfast enchiladas with green chile and bacon and some diner coffee. Good bacon too! Diner atmosphere and classic diner fare. New favorite low key breakfast place.

Amazing breakfast spot. Never had a hangover they couldnt fix… Ozo coffee as well is a perfect combo with my usual Parkway Scramble. Melissa is awesome… all staff is, but Melissa takes the top prize.

The Parkway is the hidden jewel of breakfast in Boulder. We try not to tell too many people about it, we don’t want it to have either the wait of clientele of Snooze or any other upwardly trendy Boulder breakfast spot. Literally everything on the menu is good. The Mexican breakfast is the best there is in Colorado, the biscuits and gravy are amazing, even the club sandwich is great. The Migas and the breakfast enchiladas are a favorite the green chili is the star here, it should also be noted that the red chili is also wonderful and you can order them both as a half and half. The food is always consistent, hot, delicious. The service is also the best part of the Parkway. Melissa has become our goddess of coffee and all things Parkway. Best waitress in Boulder. I don’t think that girl has even forgotten a piece of bacon in her almost 10 years serving there. We feel like family at the Parkway.

You have to be really good to bring me out of my Unilocaling retirement. And to have me posting the review before we’ve left. We headed here based on reviews from you fine people and you certainly didn’t let us down. Our goal was to fill up before our rafting trip and that goal was definitely achieved. I had the Migas Quattro Queso. Holy amazing — perfect amount of spice and zing paired with delicious cheese and green chili sauce. Best Migas I have ever had… and we lived in San Antonio for three years so that is saying a lot. The other three in our group were so happy with their choices as well. Katie was our server and she has a huge personality, awesome sense of humor and took great care of us. Sit outside on the patio and stare at the amazing scenery. You won’t be disappointed.

Great breakfast completely off the beaten path. Cozy, and comfortable. Takes some hunting to get here, but worth the effort. Piping hot and good portions.

This is the closest thing to a Jersey diner I’ve found so far on my trip to Boulder. Huge selection of regular diner and western/Mexican items on the menu for breakfast and lunch/dinner. Parking can be a little tough, but it’s worth driving around for a couple minutes to park. I ordered the French toast, which was home style – very eggy. My fiancé got the eggs and hash browns off the a la cart menu and liked the eggs, though the potatoes were a tad underdone. Portions are huge! He ended up finishing my French toast, which he also quite liked.

Best breakfast in town! Good food and very reasonable. Rarely a wait and good service too! Only complaint is they are always out of strawberry jam in there smuckers holders because it’s the one everyone wants.

I lost a little bit of faith in Unilocalers that gave this place such solud reviews. The food: good enough. I feel like that explains it perfectly: it is good but certainly not a place Ill come back to. Mostly becausr the service was terrible. One of us had food come 5 mins after everyone else and incorrectly. The service is lackluster all around, watery coffee and no booze. I think this should mean a lot because I just finished doing and Olympic Triathlon and would have eaten a cardboard box.

What a gem! Definitely diner-esque with a Mexican flare. I had the Migas quatro Quesos and I can’t say enough great things about it. Love the cheeses, salsa, tortilla chips, eggs, and all! It had a nice spice to it, but not too much. I got the parkway potatoes on the side. They were good, but nothing super special. The service is fast and friendly.

A good breakfast spot, and you’ll get a decent variety of food. I tend to like the basics, which is eggs, hashbrowns, toast, and bacon as a combo. The food is good, but I felt the people at Village Coffee did the same meal much better. Both my girlfriend and I felt our meals were a bit greasier(and not in a good way) than at Village Coffee. However, this place is good, and the seating is awesome when the weather is good. Definitely sit outside and enjoy it. My rating might be a little unfair, but I keep comparing my experience at Village Coffee. I just felt the experience was better over there. Regardless of distance or where you’re coming from, expect a decent meal here. Just know that you could get a better one a mere 2 miles away!!! Service is fine, but be aware that you have to pay at the register. Don’t just sit around waiting for something to happen once you get the bill. Service is friendly. Parking is easy. Multiple spots for a decent sized lot.

This is a little establishment, tucked away from the bustle of downtown Boulder, situated next to a couple of auto-repair(auto-detailing?) shops. The trick to Parkway is quite simple. You walk in. You choose a seat. A very helpful server comes by your way. You order(a black coffee and a Denver Omelette — sides of green chile and hash browns). You get your food in less than 13 minutes. You eat until you’re stuffed(80% of the large omelette, all the hash browns, and two cups of coffee). You pay and you leave. I really loved the green chile and the hash browns were super crispy on the outside, all potato-ey and soft underneath. And the omelette was pretty stellar, too. It was glorious.

A diamond in the rough! Tucked away in an industrial part of Boulder sits the Parkway Café. Their menu boasts traditional breakfast and brunch eats as well as some Mexican choices. I had the breakfast enchiladas and they were TDF! Fresh, fluffy eggs cooked with green peppers and onions, then stuffed into a pillowy corn tortilla. Yes, pillowy! Not dry and crumbly like corn tortillas are known to be. The green chili was fabulous and I couldn’t decide whether to drink it or smother it over my entire plate. The Parkway potatoes were seasoned and cooked to perfection and the refried beans just the right touch to complete the dish. The only thing that wasn’t spectacular was the coffee but it was on par with what you usually get in a diner. I will remember this place the next time I find myself in Boulder for breakfast!

Thumbs up and great food, atmosphere, friendliness felt all the way through. I am willing to come back here everyday for breakfast/brunch! When there is carnitas hash as special, and pancakes in short stack, it is an awesome place!

The Good: One of my favorite breakfast diners in Boulder. A locals’ favorite tucked away off the beaten path, the Parkway is a low-key but bustling breakfast joint where you can count on getting your coffee fast(and refilled!) and enjoy a tasty, affordable American breakfast without fuss. The Bad: Nothing really! The Food: Classic, simple diner food done right. Awesome Mexican-inspired specials. The Service: Fast, friendly, efficient service. Knowledgable about the menu & specials. Coffee refilled constantly(yay!) Overall: The Parkway is the place to go for a classic American breakfast that won’t break the bank. If you want to drink mimosas, eat fancy expensive food and wait an hour, go elsewhere!

Thanks to my fellow Unilocalers I found a really good breakfast/brunch spot. I arrived about 1PM and found a spot on the patio to enjoy the great weather. I had the breakfast burrito covered with green chili and it was so good, the green chili is not that hot but has a good taste. The burrito is a good size and it really hit the spot since I hadn’t had breakfast. The service was attentive without being bothersome and plenty of pleasant attitudes and smiles from the staff. I will be back to enjoy another breakfast burrito when I happen to be in Boulder on a Saturday. They close at 2PM on Saturdays so get there early.

Crazy crowds at a couple of Denver breakfast hot spots chased us all the way to Boulder. We looked up this joint and loved the off-the-beaten-path location. The Boulder Omlet with avocado was insane… I could’ve eaten that all day and will be back to eat it again someday. The biscuits and gravy were pretty standard, as were the corned beef hash. Service was relaxed and attentive. The biscuits and gravy were pretty standard, as was the corned beef hash. Service was relaxed and attentive.
