Absolutely love this bit of Rodeo Drive smack dab in the middle of Boulder. The wife is absolutely in love with his stuff. Every time we’re in Boulder, we end up with a visit. She’s going over everything and one of the salespeople is offering me coffee or bubbly water or some such. I laugh, shake my head, and walk outside to watch the clouds. Def a place to make those who love the shiny stuff feel the love.

My husband and I bought our wedding rings at Todd Reed. We absolutely love them for their uniqueness and quality. We looked at all of the typical jewelers in Denver and saw the same thing everywhere we went. It was refreshing to find something different. The staff at Todd Reed was very attentive and the service was personalized. It was a great experience.

Call ahead and make an appointment to get the best service, we worked with Jennifer and she made the entire experience more enjoyable. We were a little overwhelmed by by the process when we first started, but working with Todd Reed was a great choice. The staff were all gay friendly too.

my fiancé and i visited todd reed this past saturday morning (⁵⁄₁₁) looking for wedding bands. when we walked in the blonde woman at the front was tending to a customer, which was fine. we meandered for a minute or two with no greeting at all. it would have been nice to be greeted as soon as we walked in or at least «i’ll be with you in a moment». after almost 10 mins with no recognition, i asked the woman how long she might be and if we should come back… she was clearly not happy about my inquiry and responded with a snooty retort that she was busy ringing up a customer.
a second woman finally came out and helped us look at a few rings, but by that time, we had already made our decision that we were not about to drop any money there. as a customer who might be spending a couple of grand, it is expected to at least be greeted when you walk through the door or treated like your business is important.
any retail shop or customer service oriented business knows that the person you put in the front is the face of your company. it’s too bad it takes only one person to lose business for the owner.

My future wife could not be happier with our rings. She gets compliments on it everywhere she goes. This is definitely the place to go for the woman who wants a non-​traditional ring.
Todd Reed has also followed up with me to make sure I had a great experience with them. I did!
