Horrible service. I dont know who is running this place but this is the last time I’m going there. The wait times are pretty bad too.

Another verbatim drive-thru experience at Carl’s Jr. «Welcome to Carl’s Jr. Would you like to try our new Grilled Cheese Breakfast Sandwich?» «No thank you, I would like a Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuit, and that’s all» «Ok, is that all?» «Yes, that is all» «Is that to stay or to go?» «Um, I am in the drive-thru, so I guess to I’ll have it to go». «Thanks, please drive thru.» My Sausage Egg and Cheese Biscuit was A-OK.

First, the people in front of me at the drive thru sat there for so long without being helped, they actually had to get out of their car, walk around the window and let the employees know they were there. I then waited at the drive thru without assistance for about two minutes. I got my food… fine. The hash browns were so disgusting. It tasted like they had been cooked in week old grease. The sandwich also tasted old. This location used to be great… ten years ago. It just keeps getting worse. I won’t be going back to this location. Make the improvements or shut down!

My coworker REALLY wanted breakfast from Carl’s Jr this morning so I caved in and went there. I order a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and biscuit and gravy. The gravy had the consistency of mashed potatoes. .so thanks for giving me day old food. And my sandwich had tomato and mustard on it! !!! What the hell is that a lot I’ll let you know if they refuse to remake my food like they did last time

You really need to investigate the BOUNTIFUL location. I love Carl’s jr and the food which I why I keep giving the Bountiful location a chance but it is ridiculous. First off I have friends who worked there who smoked Crystal Meth behind the gated trash can area. They told me my card was declined. I parked my car, checked and I HAD money. Had to walk in. Turns out it was THERE card reader machine. Still understanding, I pay for food and leave with what I think is a Jalapeño burger, fries and a drink. I drink home, find out it the wrong burger, its just a plain burger with nothing on it but Ketchup not even a REAL burger you sell. So I drive back, fries are cold, I demand fresh hot fries and to fix my order and they gave me hell before I got it fixed. Well I went back today to see if its any better(I LOVE Carl jrs food) and there was a car parked in the driveway with cheap cardboard sign taped to the back saying drive thru closed. So I walk in. There was 5 ppl in line behind me and no one even looks at me. So Please investigate this location, my father has is also never going to this location again because the drive through is closed all the time! I want to go back but not if its still ran like this.

I need to start this off with the employees were nice and friendly. Thats about all I have to say thats nice about this place. Me and a friend went here on our lunch break today. We ordered a Teriyaki burger, 2 famous stars, fries, onion rings, and two«hand scooped» strawberry shakes. Food was less than desirable. Fries and Onion Rings were cooked in days old fryer oil and the burgers were mediocre. No management in sight. When I asked the guy who helped us, he said that the new GM quit after 3 days on the job. I called Corporate 3 times before I could get through. I was Xfered to the Area Manager who had a mailbox that was full. Ultimately got Xfered to Customer Relations who didnt help much. Restaurant was filthy. Dirty floors, garbage piled up, bathrooms were unsightly, it actually reminded me of the downtown salt lake city store where all the homeless hang out at. Maybe when someone is bored at Corporate in California or Missouri, they will peruse these reviews.

Carl’s Jr, please clean up your act(& I mean that, literally, which I will explain later). it has been my favorite fast food chain since way before they came to Utah. The ones I have frequented, lately, though, have provided much more frustration than pleasure(in large part, because the employees didn’t understand much English, I suspect). As for the one in Bountiful, we got a take-out order, including a Grilled Chicken Barbecue Sandwich for me. Opening it at home, it turned out to be what, I assume is, a chicken club. It looked awful but had melted cheese everywhere. I am allergic to cheese, and my husband can’t eat chicken, so it was just a waste of money. I went back to the store the next day & tried to tell them about it. The woman either didn’t care or didn’t understand English(probably both), because she just kept asking me, impatiently, what I wanted to order. Then she misunderstood the order. Other than that, the place was FILTHY. No one feels comfortable eating in an environment like that, even if he does love the food. Floors had spilled, sticky drinks from one end to the other; tables hadn’t been cleaned off; floors were just plain dirty, despite spilled drinks. More than to criticize, I am sharing this, hoping to help. We once owned a chain of fast-food restaurants and learned that, often, the only way we learned of a problem was for a customer to complain to us. I want to be eager(once again) to visit Carl’s Jr!

One sandwich I can’t leave alone… Southwest Chicken Sandwich. It’s a true grilled breast with a big fried chile and chipolte sauce on a wheat bun. Yery YUMMY. My wife and I call them sliders(we know what a real slider is), but these slide off the bun when you bite into them. I’ve had this same sandwich at 4 Carls Jr. s and always is good. TRYONE. I’ve not tried anything else. I can’t get past this. I’m embarrassed to say I love this sandwich since it’s from Carls Jr? Go figure.

Carl’s is a chain, and for that, I am sad… but there are so precious few in Utah that I must review, and help those who don’t know of it’s majesty. And this one is particularly clean, prompt, and accurate. If you haven’t yet, try the Double Western Cheeseburger is a BBQ party in your mouth(get it with extra sauce. I also have the Super star as a great stand-by. Fresh everything. Flame Broiled patties. I would say a close second to In-N-Out.
