Dunkin’ Donuts

Very slow. Orders are often wrong. Not friendly people in drive through. Very disappointed

First time here I ordered a number 14, I got no receipt and they made me wait for my sandwich for 10 minutes when I approached the counter they haven’t even started making it even thou it was empty… Bad service!

«What’s good to eat here? «
The cashsiers response: «I don’t know i don’t eat our food.»
… Are u kidding me?
«Well then, what is popular?»
Response: «I don’t know»
…wow
I got the sausage burrito. It’s alright. Pretty small. I think she just picked something off of the menu and said «thats good»
When the food was ready I thanked the gentleman handing me the bag and his response was «hmmph». I think silence would have been more polite, honestly.
Order accuracy was pretty terrible too. I ordered a medium coffee with cream and no sugar, they put sugar. I ordered the hazelnut coffee drink advertised on their window with extra whipped cream. They were unfamiliar with the promoted item, and forgot the whipped cream. When I asked for the whipped cream, they poured some of the drink out, put a small fluff of whipped cream, and used a flat lid which just made the drink and whipped cream run out over the sides. Another employee noticed my facial expression and quickly remade the drink so there is still hope for this place. Maybe the others were new or something.
I also tried another dunkin donuts further south later that day. They were friendly but again put sugar in the drinks when I asked for no sugar making me need to drive back because some of my coworkers are diabetic. It’s annoying… They need to take a menu test or something…

the staff is wonderful and know my mom so it was a very personal and happy experience I tried to come here as much as possible jsut for the service

The closest DD with a drive thru by our house was quite an experience today. We got a bagel and a croissant sandwich combo. Unfortunately, the order didn’t come with a coffee at first and I waited until they got me one. They didn’t even apologize for it. Eh, I’ll go down the street and get treated thankfully. We even paid it forward to the order behind us. The girl who gave us our order was shocked. It’s disappointing how a simple apology could of gone a long way. I think I’ll pass on this one.

OMG great coffee! I have been going here over 10 years and the owner has a clean and neat store with a full stock of fresh donuts a hit before we go out diving! Love the place parking can get nuts in A.M. but we get it done!

The drive thru was really prompt. The guy who took my order (receipt said Mark J on it) was awesome. He repeated my order to ensure it’s correctness (imagine that!?) right after i ordered and then again at the window while he was handing me my yummy stuff. The two coffees and a flatbread I ordered were given to me without error. Yay Mark! Yay correct orders!
