Dunkin’ Donuts

Dirty and disgusting! Small gnats or fruit flies buzz your face, ears, and coffee. Complained to the manager but she is only interested in the bottom line and not the customer! I will NEVER go back to this location.

I love Dunkin Donuts brewed coffee and doughnuts. Apparently so do a lot of people. Many come here, but they usually order to go. The place could be packed. This morning, I had chicken biscuit. It was alright at first until I tasted burnt parts. The crew who gave me my biscuit was pleasant and cheerful. Last time I went, the cashier wasn’t very helpful.

This is the best, we’ll run store in all of South Florida! Hats off to Polly and her staff!

This DD’s is mediocre compared to the DD’s in the area where I am, but still my coffee was good, could’ve been a little bit cleaner on the inside, and the customer service wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good, my cashier was very slow in ringing me up and getting the things I paid for

My favorite Dunkin ever! They always remember not just how I like my coffee but my boyfriend’s as well. The manager, Polly, is always smiling and wishing you a good morning. She always tells us about the specials for the day as well. We are in and out quickly which is awesome because we are usually in a rush. If a new employee is hired, they have made sure to show them how we like our coffees! The staff is awesome. Jhon and Kayla are by far the best employees around. The entire staff is always hard working and not just sitting around. Never dirty there either. I used to go out of my way to find a Dunkin with a drive thru but now I go out of my way to this one. The staff and the coffee are an excellent combo for my morning routine!

My experiences at this Dunlin Donuts store have been very positive. No problems, no attitude, everyone was nice and polite and efficient. The place was clean, the coffee hot and tasty, the coolattos (spelling) perfect and the donuts fresh. Best of all not even one fly in the place, even with all the in and out traffic. Gets my business!

Last time I came in the afternoon, the employee that rang me up had no idea about 3−6pm 1.99 latte. I had to inform him myself. However, if I come morning to early afternoon, the service and the accuracy is on point. Today I ordered a number 7 today (chicken fried on a biscuit) I got it on a southwestern bagel with yellow American cheese and med hot coffee. The meal was delicious as was the coffee.

Kinda sad to see all the negative reviews for this store. Out of all the DnD in the area, I prefer to come to this one because it’s clean and they give better customer service than the others. This is a small store and there isn’t a drive thru so it does get rather hectic at times but they are usually very quick and efficient. The store Manager Polly is really sweet and has gone above and beyond for us, you can tell she genuinely cares about giving her customers great service. If you are looking for something specific or special, she will go out of her way to try to provide it for you. Also, they will make specialty espresso beverages (like sbux), all you gotta do is ask!

I would give zero stars if I could. Awful customer service. Walked out when I got attitude from the cashier when I asked about the gift cards. Very disappointing coming from someone who’s from New England and the DD’s there are awesome. Very disappointing.

I am originally from the East Coast and when I travel back east, one of my first stops is to grab a few Dunkin Donuts. Had a French Cruleler which tasted more like cardboard then cardboard does. DEFINITELY AVOID !!!
