House of Pang

As a relocated New Yorker my standards for chinese food are high. This is the only place in Palm beach county I’ve been to that was great quality also at a great price. The workers are very friendly and I drive 25 minutes to get there every time and it’s well worth the drive. Great general tsos

If you are looking for a low priced, average Chinese food, than this is a good spot because they deliver. But, my boyfriend and I ordered for pick up. They quoted us 20 minutes. We arrived about 25 minutes after placing the order. When my boyfriend went inside he seemed to be in there a while. He came back out to tell me that they gave our order to someone else who said they were picking up and asked if I wanted to wait. Since I was already hungry, the 5 minutes she quoted us to remake our food seemed fine. Another 20 minutes passed and she had asked my boyfriend 3 different times if he ordered sesame chicken or general tso chicken. He replied sesame every time because he doesn’t like spicy food. Finally our food was ready but they made him general tso chicken. After already waiting almost an hour he told her not to remake it but asked if we could have some sort of discount. We both work in the hospitality industry and never send anything back and never ask for freebies but this time we felt it was deserved. She said she would only take one dollar off because she made the food. I was not happy at all with the customer service aspect and found another Chinese/​Japanese place in the area to deliver with better quality food.

I’ve been to a lot of Chinese places in the area and hands down this is the best we’ve had! Highly recommend the crispy white general tso chicken (extra crispy, extra hot)

Never had fresher Chinese food. This is a small takeout only restaurant. Don’t be put off by the patio furniture and sparse décor… the food is on point.
I imagine they specialize in szechuan cuisine because most of the items we ordered were spicy (as per noted on the menu). I was feeling the «pang» from the heat!
I will say that the restaurant is family owned and they cook with love. You can tell.

Had the chicken lo mein, orange chicken, and crab rangoons. Not the best that I’ve had, but pretty good.

I LOVE this place !! Everything I have tried has be AMAZING !! Their Egg Drop Soup is YUMMY and so is there Mongolian Beef !! There chicken wings are crunchy and NOT dry !! As a New Yorker I will recommend this place to EVERYONE !!

Restaurant is located in plaza with chase and next to a Dunkin donuts, it’s cheaply decorated, and they’ve seem to add two tables (a review mentioned they had no seating) the lady who I’m assuming is the owner was beyond sweet. She was patient with me since it was my first time, she even gave me recommendations for next time. They have a board with specials and you can only pay cash if you decide to get one. Prices are good, got 3 meals for slightly under $ 30. It smelled delicious as they were cooking it, although the wait wasn’t as quick and they shoved everything into two cheap bags I was afraid they’d rip on the way to the car, but the food itself was very good! :)

Honey Garlic Chicken, General Tsao’s Chicken and Lo Mein are all excellent. Fresh ingredients, big portions, great value and they deliver!
I wish we could give ½ stars as I would probably give it 4 ½ stars, but they deliver and we don’t have a lot of good delivery options in this area so I give them the bump up.

This little hole in the wall take out Chinese place delivers outstanding food, generous portions and excellent value. We had the (many of these were recommended in the reviews) the hot and sour soup (simply the best we’ve had in a long time), house special Chow Fun (those from NY was good but a little on the dry side but many will appreciate this dish with the portion able to feed at least 3 – 4 people) and the salt and pepper wings which were nice and crispy (not too salty) and cooked to perfection, Look forward to trying other dishes as we’ll be back.

There are two things I don’t like. The salt and pepper wings are too salty and the fact that they charge you $ 0.30 cents if your order is less when using your credit card other than that I’ve found my Chinese go to spot. The fried rice is the best in town and the food is hot and fresh. I love you house of pang just please stop charging me extra money to use my card and pull back on the salt.

I am from New York City, recently relocated to Palm Beach County and was in search of a good Chinese restaurant. So far the best I’ve ever had even better than NYC. The ribs are amazing and the food is always fresh. It’s pricey but definitely worth the money spent.

Great service! Great portion! Great deals! For 5 dollar you can get an awesome meal! Five bucks where can you find that? At one time they used to do stamp cards. Buy ten times you get a free full size meal. I moved away and I miss having their delicious Chinese food! Seasoned chicken. Yum! I only gave 4 stars because can be a little oily but if you indicate light oil they accommodate you! The food is so tasty take a trip there, they are only 30 minutes away! For good food I’ll drive!

I decided to try House of Pang because of the good reviews from Unilocal,all I can say it that it was the worst Chinese food I ever had, the boneless ribs were like leather, fried rice had no taste and the orange chicken was so crispy that I almost broke a tooth, I know in Fl there’s no WoHops but come on. Stay away

It’s amazing how some Unilocalers grade everything 4 – 5 stars, and it’s a rave.
It’s a family run business, and I’ve ordered at the store and had delivery.
I’m being very generous by saying that its average take out for the area. The ingredients seam fresh, combination dinners are what you expect, but I haven’t found a dish that I can’t wait to have again.
Store looks like it could be a little cleaner as well, but the benefit of delivery is you don’t have to see it.
I’m still looking for that four or five star take out or delivery place that can be my go to for Chinese. It’s got to be out there somewhere. I don’t order from here anymore as disappointment reigns here for me.
I do know a restaurant called Bird Nest and Delray which I enjoy, but they don’t deliver to Boynton.

We were looking for fried rice and after reading the reviews on Unilocal ended up here. Nice girl behind the counter and order came out timely. We ordered honey garlic chicken, good flavor crispy. Also kungpo chicken, not to spicey, moist chicken, lots of vegetables crispy.
No seating service, strictly take out. Plenty of food in the portions.
We will be back!

I just ordered a ton load of food from this place and it was awesome!!!
We ordered the house special lo-​mein, house special chow fun, chicken wings, boneless spareribs, fried wontons, egg rolls, wonton soup and sweet and sour chicken. I can only say I have found the best place to get Chinese food in Palm Beach County. This is the best I’ve tasted in a long while, I’ve wasted my money at several joints around town in the past week but I didn’t waste a penny here tonight. They took time preparing the food tonight and it was awesome.

Great people run this place. The «mom» was so sweet and offered to cook me some special family recipes if I gave her a days notice. She said she needed to go to the market to get some special ingredients not usually on the menu! I will surely take her up on the offer some day.
Generous portions, fair prices and better than average ingredients. The chicken was all white meat, not rubbery and tasted nice. Also found the food to not be overly seasoned or sauced. Just the right balance.

First time we ordered from here and everything was yummy! Egg rolls delicious :). I had their sweet and sour chicken and my boyfriend had orange chicken with a side of chicken fried rice! If your looking for a cheat meal this is a def must!
The only issue was when l placed the order I wasn’t asked how I was paying so the super nice delivery guy quickly took my card info which is why I have then 5 stars!
