My boyfriend and I were looking for some Chinese take out on a Sunday night and we found Wok Inn online. They were so friendly, the order got to our apartment quickly and the delivery man was very kind(he even said hello to our puppy). The food was great and the portion sizes were generous. Great experience.

Surprised at the bad reviews. This is my absolute favorite Chinese take out place ever. I love the krab rangoon, egg rolls, wonton soup, lo mein. Never tasted any better. A lot of other stuff is really good too. I’ve been ordering from here for over ten years i think. The delivery is always super fast too. I can’t believe people complained about this place on here.

Edible. I get food there often, too often, for convenience only. After every meal I tell myself I can do better.

It gets 2 stars not 1 as it was«somewhat edible» however I wont go back. I used to hit the old place, same name, years ago when there wasn’t such a bounty of Asian restaurants and it usually hit the spot. The old owners moved on up to a full size restaurant in the plaza across the street. Last few years as my taste buds have grown and my range expanded I really never thought about this tiny 4 table mainly all take out joint. So why now. well I have a cold and I needed soup and I was in the plaza = total impulse, bad idea. 13 little kids of the workers laughing playing with toys causing a ruckas. not needed in the workplace though I understand it 2 The wonton soup was more salty then the dead sea… just toxic! 3 Bug of some sort crawled across table. main door open, it happens but still a bit unsettling 4 Asked for chicken and cashew with garlic sauce please can you do that. Had to search for the chicken and search for the cashews, not much there. 5 No appetizer like eggroll on the dinner plate as it’s either soup OR an app I took the soup. 6 Never asked if I wanted a drink or water 7 Ate half didn’t bother to bring the rest home. Very unusual for me. ONLY $ 8.75 included tax — Sometime you get what you pay for, sometimes not.

I’m from NYC and can say that this place comes VERY close! The wings are great and the chicken & broccoli is good. This is the closest GOOD Chinese take out near me so I’ll be ordering from there from now on. The staff is very friendly!

I read the Unilocal reviews and hesitated, but was convinced by a neighbor to give Wok Inn a try, so we got delivery. Though delivery was quick, the food was just meh at best. Edible but nothing special. Blah and mediocre. Definitely not good enough to order again unless we were desperate. There are just too many other Chinese take out places in the area to bother ordering from here again.

Not bad at all. It’s not the most glamorous place, you really can’t eat there — just delivery or carry-out — but the food we’ve always had is good. This time we had eggrolls, crabmeat rangoons, pork fried rice, pork lo mein and beef with string beans. Everything had a good flavor, especially the fried rice. The rangoons taste like crab, not just cream cheese. We’ll continue to go here on lazy nights we don’t want to cook.

Wok inn or wok out… lol…I don’t know what the 4 and 5 saw in this place… I have tried their super package as well… this place is decent at best another Chinese rest that doesn’t set itself apart from the pack. The overall rating of the whole experience is ok, don’t get delivery go to the rest. It’s a pedestrian

We ordered the Super Family Pack a week or so ago and it was SO much food, all for only $ 26.95. It was at least three meals for my boyfriend and me. The crab rangoons and wonton soup were great. We also really liked the General Tsao’s chicken. They were fast and the food was hot and everything was great. I wouldn’t say it’s gourmet, but it’s GREAT chinese takeout.

The most tasteless meal I’ve ever had. Overprized and gross. Don’t make the mistake to order delivery from these guys. I rather walk if I have to next time.

My boyfriend and I randomly ordered take out from Wok Inn one night and we were sorely disappointed at the preparation of our food. We ordered pan fried noodles and chow fun in a black bean sauce. Pan fried noodles are traditionally made with thin egg noodles, however they fried up lo mein noodles(which are very thick) instead. When we later inquired about this, they stated that they knew how it was suppose to be made… so I’m not sure why they don’t make it correctly. The chow fun in black bean sauce was sadly just chow fun with black beans cooked with it, not an actual black bean sauce. XD They tried to re-cook it for us, but it honestly didn’t make it much better. They tried in the end to make us happy, so that counts for something. However in the end, even for solely take-out standards(not even«authentic Chinese,» just take out Chinese food), it’s just not very good.

I can’t believe I’m the first person to review this place! I just moved to Boynton Beach from Los Angeles, and I guess the Unilocaling craze must not have caught on in this area yet! Well, since our moving shipment was delivered on Saturday, we had no weapons of the culinary discipline at our disposal and came across a Wok Inn take out menu that had been left in our mailbox or on our doorstep — I don’t keep track of where they come from, just if I like the tasty food pictures inside. :) Well, right on the front of the menu is the«Super Family Pack»! For $ 26.95! So what if there’s only two of us, we’ll have extra for lunch tomorrow, right? Well, not only did we have lunch«tomorrow», but dinner the next night was also leftovers. The«Super Family Pack» looks like it was designed for 3 people, but I’m pretty sure it could easily feed 4(5 if you are not big eaters). The cream cheese wontons(crab rangoon for you east-coasters) had more stuffing than I have ever seen. For the entrees we selected Honey Garlic Chicken, General Tso’s Chicken, and Shrimp with Lobster Sauce. Everything was extremely flavorful and done just right. The fried rice was a little lacking for my taste, the pork and other items in it were small pieces, but I can live with that when everything else is awesome. They also got it here in the time-frame advised on the phone.
