Dunkin’ Donuts

I can’t remember the last time I went to another Dunkin Donuts. During the school year I am here weekly with my kids. There was a 4 month stretch that I was there at least 4 mornings a week with my son.
This location is always busy, but very organized. The only thing that holds up the line are the customers, myself included, because I can never decide, even though I order the same thing 90% of the time. I am not a big fan of breakfast food so I usually order the chicken salad on a croissant, and ice coffee. I don’t like mustard, which I’m pretty sure the chicken salad has, but it works, I like it. Plus it is served on a flakey buttery croissant, what’s not to like?
I think my kids enjoy their menu choices as well because they always say thank you. It’s hard to tell, especially with the teenagers. But they don’t talk while they are eating and finish their food so I’m pretty sure that is a sign of enjoyment on their part.
The line is usually long but moves quickly (unless I’m trying to decide on something new to order). There is a little touch pad before the register where you enter your phone number if you are signed up for their rewards program. You earn free coffee, and just hit redeem if you want it that day and it shows up on the register when you get there and you are not charged for it.
I always get my order to go, but the dining area is always clean. Either the customers are really neat or the employees are really on top of things. I don’t know which because I’ve never witnessed either cleaning up. I think customers tend to linger here, a good sign, and I noticed a few regulars as well, another good sign. There was a couple with 2 well behaved Chows waiting in their car every morning I was there, those are some serious regulars.

I will choose this DD over any other Dunkin Every. Single. Time. Their customer service is amazing and their drinks just taste better than other DD’s. My middle school daughter got me hooked when she had me bring her before school but the customer service and great taste is what keeps me loyal.
