What a nice store! Every staffer I met this morning greeted me and one even thanked me for coming in! I was there for this Sunday’s New York Times — and was directed to the newspaper stand when I asked for it. I walked around a bit, just to see the place. The store was sparkling clean, the staff was all around, arranging stock, checking the aisles, and being helpful! Kudos to a well run store!

Good overall. This store is always pretty busy which it’s hard to believe because there is another one just down the road. Good size. They have everything you need. Deli it’s sometimes a little slow. Quality of food, produce, meat is always fresh and high quality

I love this Publix! I tend to like Publix in general, but this one is really special. It is pretty small compared to the average Publix, which is probably why the try so hard. Because of the size the variety is more limited, but I have asked for items and they have special ordered them for me. I didn’t have to by extra in order for them to do that either. I don’t know if they actually remember me here, but it always seems like they do. I have had employees help me in probably every department, more often than not they approach me. I don’t know if I look like a deer in headlights or they just do it for everyone. But, every time I am there I always see employees having conversations with customer, so they really do interact with you when you go there. If there are more than 2 people in any check out line another employee or manager will open another lane. Once I asked a guy in produce, Dean I think, if they hand any sliced mushrooms, because only whole were on the shelves. He checked, there weren’t. I took the whole mushrooms and continued shopping. A few minutes later I got a tap on the shoulder and there was Dean, handing me a package of mushrooms he sliced just for me. AREYOUKIDDINGME!!! How nice was that? That is the benefit of shopping in a smaller store that has more limited merchandise. Customer service is off the charts. Now let me explain why I did not give them 5 stars. I wanted to. I really did. But… I was at another Publix and they had David’s sunflower seeds 5 for $ 5. My kids and I love them so I went back the next day to get more figuring they last along time. At this Publix they were 2 for $ 3. Not a big deal, but when I questioned it I was told that each store has its own price point. Really? So am I paying more for everything at this Publix or just certain items? That is what bothers me. The stores are only 2 or 3 miles apart, so why the change in price? I am curious, has anyone else run into this price difference in other stores? Please message me if you have a better explanation. I am still going to continue to shop here as my primary Publix, but now I think in the back of my mind I am always going to feel like I may be paying too much.

Probably one of the cleanest, neatest, organized, and most friendly supermarkets I’ve been to, this might be because im used to King Kullen and Walbaums on Long Island. They have a decent hot food selection and their fried chicken is to die for. I enjoyed their fried chicken so much I froze some and brought it back with me to Long Island lol. They have a wonderful selection of wines also if you are into wine. The sushi looked fresh with a wide variety as well. It just doesn’t matter which Publix you go to, you will always be satisfied.
