Souvlaki Fast

Thank heavens (and my wonderful boyfriend)! I have finally found an absolutely delicious, affordable Mediterranean/​middle eastern restaurant! I had the souvlaki pita combo. Everything fresh, juicy, flavorful, abundant! Not overly salted! Perfection and affordable!!!

The food here is delicious and fresh EVERY TIME. You can really tell that the owners take pride in their food. I love everything, but the salads especially are way better than any other Greek places in the area (even places that charge a lot more). Service is quick and friendly. Every time we go, I comment that I am jealous of the residents of the connected apartments because they can go to Souvlaki Fast whenever they want!

Their food is so fresh & delicious. The best ingredients, organic produce, fresh caught (wild) salmon, extra virgin olive oil, etc. We’re there 5 times a week! And the folks that own it are so gracious and friendly, they make you feel like family. A taste of Greece in Boynton Beach. Highly recommended!

When it comes to new dining experiences I like to start with the basics. So, I went for a Greek salad to-​go and WOW was I impressed. You can taste the love in each bite (as well as huge delicious chucks of feta and their homemade Greek dressing). I enjoyed my salad so much I’m literally itching to go back and try everything. If you’ve got the basics down. I can only imagine the gyros! I will be back!

I have eaten here many times and the food and service have always been good. The ¼ chicken special with lemon potatoes is my go to meal, huge portions. My kids like the gyro and fries… all good!

So happy I tried this place! We ordered the lemon roasted chicken that came with salad and lemon potatoes. Also, the gyro lamb platter that came with salad and French fries. The fries well done were delicious! The gyro with tzakiki was great! The lemon potatoes could have been a little more lemon-​y. Can’t wait to go back again

I heard about the $ 5 gyro on Fridays so I stopped by on my way home from work. The staff was very friendly. I ordered the chicken gyro and the beef and lamb gyro to go. I also got the Greek fries. The food was prepared quickly. Everything was really fresh it tasted great. The only thing I would have liked is more taztziki sauce. I would definitely come back here again.

Good food, so-​so service
This was one of the more bazaar experiences I have had trying to eat light. I ordered the small Greek salad with no onions. The counter help was a little sassy, about what you would expect in New York (I mean West Palm). The place was packed, so we had to stand for a while before we sat down. While we waited the hostess debated a customer about weather or not they had messed up the order or he had ordered incorrectly. When my salad showed up it was a chicken Gyro with onions. I am not sure how the Greek salad is, but the chicken gyro was great!

Excellent gyro and a great value for $ 5 on Tues and Fri.. Spinach Pie, not so great for $ 5 More phyllo than filling and filling was sparse and dry.

It’s the Greek version of McDonalds. The Gyro is the QuarterPounder of this establishment. $ 5 gyro every Tuesday and Friday packs them in.
The counter staff are pleasant. Service is usually quick. There is very little room for dining in, just a few tables. Mostly takeout. It’s no Chris’ Taverna. Their gyro is bigger, tastier and addicting. Souvlaki Fast is well… fast.

Really great place for fast Greek food. Good is consistently delicious. People are really sweet.

I was super stoked to finally get a Souvlaki King in Boynton. So I place a lunch order to be picked up yesterday. 2 falafel pitas w the tzasiki sauce on the side. I picked up the lunch and drove to PB Lakes Blvd to sit w a friend who is going through chemo and was as excited as I was for the falafel. Well, to our disappointment we got no tzasiki sauce. We got Garlic hummus and Greek salad dressing. Now there was no salad to dress. Just a bland falafel w the best part missing, the tzasiki! Looks like Chris’s Taverna wins my business. Also the parking sucked at souvlaki King. When a restaurant has one job to do, something as blatant as including the proper sauce and they fail? Well they fail.

Checked out this place for the first time. Its in the shops at Las Ventanas Apartments at Woolbright and Federal. One of the few open storefronts. I guess it used to be the chinese place. Theres tons of parking around back (really the front) Seems like they have some good specials.
The interior has been redone. It was clean and fresh. The staff were friendly and attentive. The cashier didn’t know the menu too well but it wasn’t a big deal. Also we received conflcting answers about food ingredients. Nothign that wasn’t resolved quickly. Its a new place. Fair enough.
The prices are good. The food was quick and fresh. They offer delivery. I’ll be back.

This was my first time going, I got a falafel pita and my boyfriend got a gyro & chicken pita. I called to order take out, I was put on hold but didn’t mind because they tell you all the great daily deals they have! The lady on the phone was extremely nice and made it easy to order. The total came out really cheap, each pita was only $ 7!!! & the food was delicious, I’ll definitely be back!

I ordered the avgolemono soup and the Corfu salad. The soup has a nice lemon tang to it, like you’d hope (since lemon’s a main ingredient). I’m pleasantly surprised by the carrot, celery, and potato chunks in it. Decent amount of chicken, too. It even has the perfect amount of rice. Other restaurants seem to rely on rice as a filler in this soup. So often that I’ve come to expect it. But I’m glad Souvlaki Fast doesn’t do that.
I really like the salad. The romaine is fresh and crisp. No sad brown pieces. They don’t skimp on the walnuts, feta, dried cranberries, and tomatoes. Oh, and it’s HUGE. I’ll probably end up getting 3 – 4 servings out of it.
The price for both the soup and salad, even with the delivery fee and upcharges from Delivery Dudes, was still under $ 20.
The only thing I didn’t like was the yellow salad dressing my meal came with. It tasted like straight up mayonnaise (gag). I swapped it with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinaigrette, and honey. Now we’re talkin’!
Overall, I like their food and will probably order again on another rainy day like today.

This is my 4^th time and have never been dissapointed.
The convenience of being open till 9pm even on Sundays makes it easy to go with the family or grab some «Gyros to go» on weekdays and take home to family.
Love that they already greet me on a first name basis — very personable.
Not huge. Not glamorous fine dining. Just GOOD GREEK FOOD!

The BEST Greek Fast Causal restaurant in Boca comes to East Boynton. Souvlaki Fast opened two weeks ago and it is REALLY good! It will be a great addition to Las Ventanas Community. I was greeted instantly when I walked in. Simple décor with 8 tables. Menu is easily laid out with YUMMY Greek Fare and Some American offerings. All is done well. Beef and Lamb Gyro was great! Pita was warm, soft, and fresh. Beef/​Lamb Meat was savory and tasty, not over seasoned. Not Salty. Not greasy. Not burnt. Not mushy. Anyone who’s had a gyro before will know that can happen, and when it does. It’s ruined. Not here! Fries were hot. Lettuce and onions were crisp. I skipped the tomatoes. But, I can imagine them being equally as good. One of the owners was extremely friendly and hospitable. I will definitely be a regular!
