Funny thing is that if I was reviewing the worker Lydia or the gentleman who works in here it would be 5 stars. I am sorry that I am reviewing you now after I was ripped off by the lady working the shift right now. She immediately went to UPS shipping and it was over $ 50 bucks to ship something to NJ. I came back home and mentioned my experience to my boyfriend and he described the same lady and the same experience. Seems like she pushes UPS to make more money. I also looked it up on USPS website and I could have saved over 30.00. I am pretty disappointed that this was my first bad experience at this store. I will avoid the lady with bob haircut from now on. If the gentleman or the lady named Lydia are not in the office looking out for Las Ventanas residents I do not know where we would be. Super disappointed.

Let me tell you about the rocket scientists they have working in this place… My father passed away a few days ago. I had a very important page of my father’s estate documents that needed to be signed by me and notarized and sent out immediately so that my father’s life insurance and other items could be processed for my mother. All four of my siblings needed to do the same, all over the country and no one had a problem but me at the UPS Store in Boynton Beach off Woolbright at Las Ventanas. I called this UPS store at 4:47PM today and asked if there was a notary onsite and when the last overnight pickup would take place. The answer was yes, they have a notary and that the last pickup was at 5:30PM but that I probably missed it. When I pointed out that it was only 4:47PM and that I lived within walking distance, the employee stated that they may come early and that I probably missed it anyway. I told her I was going to try because what I needed to get out was very important. When I arrived, the gentlemen who is apparently a notary public, looked at the document which is merely an acknowledgement that I, the heir, received a request to probate the will, he said he needed a copy of the DEATHCERTIFICATE and that he needed the document to be revised to reflect«State of Florida» instead of «State of Georgia» because he is not licensed in the state of Georgia. Is this guys serious??? This man clearly doesn’t know what his role is as a Notary. He is not a lawyer and this document has NOTHING to do with him. He, as a notary, is simply signing off that I am who I say I am and that I signed the document. THATISALL. That’s what the $ 40 Notary 2 hour class qualified him to do. Not to review legal documents and make determinations about legal requirements. That’s called Law School. The management of this store needs to seriously review their choices of employees and hire individuals that have an understanding of what it is they do. I have never experienced such ignorance coupled with poor customer service in my life. I want nothing more than for this store to fold and it be replaced by a Fed Ex Office. Those folks at least know what they are doing. In the meantime, my neighbors, family and friends will be taking our business elsewhere. Because trust me — I’m telling EVERYONE about this. This little attitude of both of your stellar employees delayed my mother in settling my father’s estate. I will be shouting this from the rooftops. Best of luck!

Very good service at this UPS store. Great staff and parking was not as challenging as I originally had thought. Looking forward to being a regular.
