Terrible customer service, we simply needed to print one email and it took over 30 minutes. Two different employees told us they would be «right with us» and proceeded to organize his desk and sanitize his hands. Totally rude. If the guy rolled his eyes one more time I think they would’ve rolled out of his head

They need more people behind the printing area. Its always busy and I’m always in a hurry lol. On one occasion, I received help from a really helpful guy, good customer service skills. I think his name was Dave or Dan (slim, tall, Caucasian). I will come again for my printing needs and hope to give a better star rating.

Sent a file online for printing. The document didn’t get printed right when I went to pick it up, and Jessica jumped on it right away. She dedicated herself to my print order and called back through out the day to give me updates. I don’t know Jessica’s last name, but she deserves a promotion to Customer Service Trainer! Wish all employees could take responsibility like she did!
