Denny’s

I came in at 3 am and asked for coffee and an order of sausages… I never got the sausages and left after an hour :(((((

Absolutely Horrible. Go elsewhere, ANY WHERE !!! This is a restaurant that needs help– fast. I cannot believe that I had to spend over $ 16 to sit for 45 minutes watching kitchen employees verbally abuse servers and a hostess stuffing her face on the restaurant floor. Not to mention after waiting 45 minutes, our orders were horrible. The bacon was cold and dried out, the pancakes and eggs came out cold. This after waiting for 45 minutes. I was told that (after complaining) that the «kitchen has a problem «REALLY ??? The manager (Kelly Quinn) needs a fast lesson in customer service. She refused to see me about my awful experience at her restaurant despite my request to speak with her which is beyond unheard of. With all the choices of where to spend my money to eat, I chose this Denny’s which was beyond bad. Make a better choice and instead go to Bob Evans where the food is excellent and the service is the same.

Don’t get the slow cooked anything. Just puked my guts out from food poisoning. Some friends and I came in after a wedding party to get some cheap food and I ordered a slow cooked brisket. This was at midnight, now at 8am I’m puking it all out.
However, there was this super nice waiter there that was working the night shift. She had a great attitude.

We walked in late night with a party of 11 (shouldn’t have been a problem since they’re open ²⁴⁄₇) but immediately the server was giving attitude & being rude even though she took 3 tables after us (meaning she hadn’t been cut about to go home). The entire time we were scared someone was going to spit in our food so we were trying to be super nice. Plus, isn’t Denny’s a place for breakfast food? Yet their pancakes tasted so bland and gross… How on earth can you mess up pancakes…

Take out messed up every time. Missing items and wrong items received. After repeatedly giving this location chances to fix the issues doesn’t seem to be getting better. No more Denny’s for us. Food is average at best since they clearly can’t get the orders correct.

I always eat here when in the area. Was surprised to see all the nice remodeling they have done since last fall. Food is always great, if you do have a problem they are happy to assist you. Waitresses and staff are great!

Would give it a zero if I could. Kalena is the rudest server I have come across in years. Runs over the manager. Sat down. She asked me from two tables away did I know what I wanted to drink with a broom and sweeper in her hand. ARE YOU joking?
Told her I worked all day and to please give me a little glamour. She proceeded to go into service alley and complain to another server. I asked to speak to manager. Dave was useless. Stated she was a bitch and asked for can other server. Told me I couldn’t talk about his server that eay. Asked for corporate number. Kalena cane up mouthing off. Stated something about it being about her gold teeth. Said something about calling cops because I stated I wasn’t going to take her being rude. My son has gold teeth so notsure what she meant. Dave gave me wrong number. Worst Experience With a server in years

Stopped for breakfast this morning and was surprised at how disgusting this establishment is. You first walk in and are impacted immediately with a musty damp smell, Clearly and water issues. The drop ceiling is literally falling down you can see it’s sagging up to a foot in certain places and some of the tiles have what appears to be black mold on them. It escapes me how the health department does not shut this place down I would not recommend eating in this place if you value your health.

The food was good although not very hot. Service was fast and servers did a good job. Place stinks and smells like a $ 10 a night motel… very musty. People were nice. Had the Red, White, and Blue breakfast and it was pretty good.

Food was good although not hot. Place had a bad musty smell. They seated everyone in a row on top of each other. Someone brought their kid to work with them and had her coming up to every table asking for donations and then again when you go to pay.

Holy hell, we walked in and a thick smell of moldy carpet or mold in the air ducts filled our nostrils ! If you are sensitive to mold Do not enter! My 2 year old granddaughter was set on eating here, so we are going to give it a shot despite the horrible smell.

Poor hygiene ! Walk in to see a waitress dumping salad into a plate and missed the plate to pick up with her hands no gloves the salad to put it back into bucket! Then the odor inside this place is really bad smells like sewer! Then the cook help himself of sour cream and we saw him use his fingers to put it in a little cup ! We were do groomed out that we left after our drinks ! Better be safe !!!

I like dennys and really want this location to be a place to eat being the closest place to my house. My wife and I haven’t been to this location in about a year mostly because we experienced the gross smells and dirty lobby you read about. This visit wasn’t much better. The moldy smell is still there. The lobby was very outdated. Almost every employee has black sleeves to cover up tattoos and one waitress has disturbing looking gold teeth. The shame for us is the food was good but the experience will keep us going to Bob Evans just up the street.

Ok first of all I’m not one to ever write reviews my first time but people need to know about this Denny’s as were waiting to be seated cant help but to notice the really dusty air humidifer right in the front to greet you like hello! it looks like a bunch of crackheads workin there they were dirty and dingy looking but no complaints on our waitress she was very nice but it took forever for our. Drinks and they were dead then I glance over and cant help but to notice all the dirt and dust everywhere we sat in the back by the bathrooms and it smelled like old wet dirty mop it was horrible DO NOT use there bathrooms they are disgusting I was gagging and holding my breath while in there then the food sucked I ordered the super bird like usual this one was horrible my fiancé almost crapped his pants on the way home I’m assuming it was the prime rib sandwich oh amd let’s not forget the burning ashtray in front that was going up in flames for like twenty mins until they noticed

Worse Danny’s I ever ate before! Service was slow food was bad and the place smells bad! We dine there during lunch hour and the place was empty, that should of been a clue that it was a bad place. Never again we will go there!

It’s good food, but I seriously doubt this place would pass a health inspection.
Tips: Hold your breath when you walk into the entrance because it smells. Don’t visit the restroom. Trust me.
