Great little spot right on Old Main. Sandwiches. Especially the BLT Are incredibly good and oversized. Be sure you come hungry! I have had several items on their menu and all have been good As an added bonus there is a small grocery/package store connected to it.

The Meatloaf and mashed tasted good but if you’re going to charge $ 10.95 for two ½″ thin slivers of Meatloaf and an ice cream scoop of mash, the least you could do is serve fresh NOT frozen veggies with it! Also my wife’s Greek salad was old, the thing was literally wilted! We got Coco the waiter, who was very apologetic, to take it off the check Oh and would someone please clean the damn bathroom?

I sat outside with my dog for almost a half hour before I got someone to take my order despite there only being two other tables inside. Multiple employees walked right past us repeatedly. One lady got my dog a bowl of water and that was it. No one seemed to assume that the person sitting at a table might want some service. When I finally flagged a lady down, I ordered a medium rare burger and got a well done burger. I didn’t even bother complaining, it didn’t seem worth it.

Food was average. I had the BLT which had 3 layers of bread. The server said it looked like a club, which it did. The coleslaw said homemade in menu but did not taste it. It had way too much dressing which ruined it. My husband had a burger and fries which he said was ok but nothing spectacular. I had a vanilla shake which didn’t have much vanilla flavor to it. The place was clean. Most of the time we were there we were the only people eating. There was a couple sitting outside that finally came in and ordered at the bar. Another couple came in just before we left. We were completely finished but had to ask for our check. I felt like they wanted us to sit awhile so it wouldn’t look so empty. The rest of Main Street was very busy. This was the only empty restaurant. We wanted to try it since it looked so cute from the outside but we won’t be back due to the mediocre food.

If you are looking for a lovely dinner of «Meatloaf and smashed potatoes» and«Shepherd Pie» as my wife & I were Sunday evening(4:00pm) …don’t go here. They had run out of mashed potatoes(where’s the chef ???). The waiter apologized and offered to make our orders using French Fries. Shepherds Pie using French Fries ??? I think not ! Thomas, you have an lovely looking«sandwich shoppe», not a restaurant. Good luck.

I just left. My sister and her husband were eating their. The burgers look good I didn’t eat one. The fries or so greasy that they were soggy they did look good sister’s husband found a piece of hair in the fries. I placed the hair on a napkin and wrote on the napkin that we found them in the fries because I did not want to say it out loud. It took them three times to make a milkshake for another customer. The appetizer came after the meal was served also. The place was nice and clean.

This place used to be the Market on Main, and the sandwiches were fantastic. I used to frequent the old quick-service restaurant and returned tonight as they opened the new-look diner to get a Reuben — and it’s as phenomenal as it was before. They’ve kept all the original menu items, so your favorites are still here — but they’ve added so much more items and as I was waiting for my food, the Shepherd’s pie and fish & chips passed me looking awesome — I can’t wait to try them — but it’s going to be tough to go and get something other than the Reuben! The new décor is inviting for such a small place — expect to rub elbows — but the food is worth it.
