I’ve been wanting to come here for about a year now. My fiancé and I decided to go this afternoon to have an early Valentine’s Day celebration. First the check in lady was extremely rude and unhelpful and the line took forever. The bartender was really nice and was clearly trying very hard but was overwhelmed because there were 30 guests to take care of and only one of her. I asked to substitute chicken for salmon on a salad because of religious reasons and my salad came out with chicken and salmon. Instead of making me a new dish they just picked the burnt salmon off and made a new salad(extremely religiously intolerant) and then charged me for a full salmon dish and a salad(22 $ compared to the 11 $ on the menu). We finally finished eating and decided to go play. There were so many unsupervised kids running around they knocked into me several times making me spill my drink. Seeing how there were hundreds of paper cups laying around I poured my drink into one so I wouldn’t break a glass if a kid trampled into me again. We played for awhile and after sometime a server came up grabbed my cup looked into it and stormed off. A minute later I was cornered by a manager and the server and they demanded to know what was in the cup. I explained the situation and they said no I had to put it back into a bar glass. I politely agreed and remained at the game I was playing. Seeing how this is a service industry I expected them to bring me a new glass but the manager just stood at the bar waiting for me to come over and looking angry. I felt so awkward I got up and walked over and handed him my paper cup he ignored me and slammed the bar glass on the counter. After I poured it in he inspected the cup… Really? He never even apologized or said sorry for the misunderstanding. What a dick! Then he proceeded to follow me around. I finally left I was so shocked and embarrassed! If you let children run around unsupervised don’t treat adults like criminals if they try to take precautions to not injure them. I will never ever go back. Management needs to get their act together.

I love this place. its so much fun and so many choices with games. but I have to say the cleanest bathrooms ever. esp for a place where kids go. u could eat off the floor. place is spotless.

No one at our table ordered the same food, but it all came out cold after waiting an hour. Clearly, they need a better system to get food and drinks to the tables efficiently. The Dave and Buster’s in Providence is infinitely better and worth the drive from Boston

Went on a Saturday night with a group of six for dinner, drinks and games. Greeted by two police officers standing inside the doors. Very busy but given the night not surprising. A lot of kids. They said the wait for a table would only be 30 minutes which seemed reasonable but ended up being more like an hour. Bar was fine, plenty of drinks and beers to choose from. Once seated, server was a little new but very nice. Food was ok, not huge portions, but normal. Beware on nights when there is a UFC or other big fight that they will charge a $ 10 cover to get in but to also stay inside even if you had already been there before 10pm. We wanted to play games after dinner which prob would have been easily $ 100 if not more for the group but weren’t willing to pay the $ 10 so we left.

This place is pretty good. All you do is just play games there. It is half off on Wednesdays, meaning that the games are half off. Sometimes the machines the machines have technical difficulties on some of the games but they can fix it in just a couple minutes.

Love the games — I need to say that before I begin the review. I love all the games. Their staff leaves MUCH to be desired. I’ve been here several times — it’s always the games that bring me back. I always have to wait for a drink, wait for food, wait for anything that isn’t related to the games. I’ll stand at the bar — money in my hand — and watch the bartenders talk amongst themselves, see me, continue talking amongst themselves, wash a dish and THEN acknowledge me. Worst service ever. I’m the easiest customer to appease — just acknowledge me. Nope. Not here. Worst service ever.

This is a good spot for watching the ufc or boxing matches. The games available are not a wide selection for adults. It’s basically a chucky cheese but, with some adult interesting games. There is a 10.00 cover fee to get in. To top it off, there is a 26.99 deal of 15 entrees and games all night, it doesn’t cover drinks. The staff seemed friendly and, the bar is crowded on Fighting event nights. Drinks are ranging from 6+ with beer, wines, mix drinks etc. Game token cards are at a good price. Restrooms are not maintained often throughout a busy night. It’s a good weekend spot if you want to try something other than a club. The more you bring the more fun.

Went to the Woburn location yesterday. Gf and I had never been there. We were seated in the back dinning room. It’s less noisy there. We got drinks and a plate of sliders and wings. Not very good overall. Would be good if you were just out drinking. Arcade was fun. You load up a card and swipe it at the games. Lots of games to choose from. We would go back with the kids.

First time ever going to a UFCPP showing here and was asked for admission fee of 10 dollar. I went over to Buffalo Wild Wings for the free PPV fight«Rousey got her head kicked off».

If you’re comparing this location to the one in providence, this is about half the size. I’m not fond of the layout. The bar/dining area and game section should have been divided better, but the space looks limiting. Food is average. We usually get bar bites, nachos, wings(very small order), spinach dip. Steak entrees, burgers are decent as well. They do have the eat and play combo, but dull options. The drinks are not really strong. But after certain hours you can play with a drink in hand. Plenty of options in the play area. It pretty pricey though, most games run about $ 2-$ 5. Plenty of parking. They are located all the way in the back which can be tough to find.

Dave n Busters is terrible. After my 4 year old son only made one basket in basketball an employee told him he was terrible at basketball and proceeded to push him down. Also ski all costs six dollars to play? To add to the insult they got mad at me for trying to cheat. I ordered a cheeseburger, should be simple right? Instead of giving me a burger they gave me a flyer for weight watchers. My son got a kids burger and they gave him a bowl croutons. The bartender was also very rude, I ordered a Samuel Adams. After waiting for one goddam hour for my drink the bartender approached me and said, are you reall that ugly? Tried to walk out since I got no tip, wouldn’t let me leave until I tipped him for insulting me

Don’t really come here for the food, mostly to hang out and play some games. They have plenty of arcade games here but it gets old real quick, like 0 – 100 real quick. Speaking of real quick, my favorite game is the«speed of light». I challenge anyone out there, still undefeated!

To be fair, Dave and Busters is awesome in general as far as the game selection goes — which is why I gave it 3 stars. Whenever we actually sit down and eat, service can get a little iffy. Don’t get me wrong, the wait staff/bartender(s) are SUPER friendly, but our drinks typically always go dry and we aren’t really checked on a whole lot. They have game technicians walking the floor, which is great if a game breaks. These techs have always gone above and beyond to make my son feel welcome, giving him lots of tickets, prizes, etc. — they don’t have a problem with customer service that’s for sure. The one complaint I have is that they need to fix the machines you purchase game cards from. Half the time they’re working, the other half they aren’t. If it doesn’t deposit money on your card, you have to very frustratingly walk up to the massive line at the front to have someone do it manually. Also, the winners circle should have the ability to combine the points and tickets from multiple cards, putting them on one card. As of now, you have to hike up front and have them do it. Again, you have to stand in a massive line. Let’s fast forward to today. My son had his birthday party at D&B today and pretty much from the minute we walked in to the minute we left, it was very uncoordinated. When we walked into our party room, it was a huge surprise to see that we shared the room with another birthday party. Not a super big deal, but given that we dropped over 700(seriously), we expected something a little more private. One parent even started eating our cake and took a game card only to find out he was actually supposed to be in the party on the other side of the room. Our party host came to greet us and explained that we would have party hosts attending to our needs. She also stated the food would be out in about 10 minutes, right in time for the actual party to start. About 20 minutes into the party, still no food. My husband went to ask our«hosts» and they apparently were waiting on us to let them know when to cater the food. Major miscommunication on their part, but still not a huge deal. No one really came over to check up on us unless we had to hunt them down and let them know our needs. Once we passed out the kid’s game cards, there were a few that just didn’t work. Long story short, it went off without a major setback, but given the price we paid, I expected better service.

Games are cool. If card doesn’t work just put it in a few times . Now the front door service sucks. I stood there for at least 15 minutes when I reached the top. After I reached the top I got ignored, after the fact I even said hello. After 15 of being ignored finally got helped.

The food served at Dave and Busters is by no means amazing, but its not bad. The burgers, fries, pasta, and cocktails are all just ‘alright’, but its not like people come to Dave and Busters for food. The food/token deals are great, you can eat for essentially $ 7 – 9 with a food/play package, $ 27 gets you $ 20 of play credit and thus food for $ 7, what a deal. I alway come on Wednesdays when games are half price, the prizes at DnB are legit, stuff that are actually cool or useful that you don’t need to save a lifetime for.

Very crowded from 8 – 10 on a rainy Saturday. Two friends and I bought 170 tokens for $ 29. Gotta say the rates are a bit confusing and talking to the attendant did not help much! There was an overwhelming amount of games but they have a nice mix of those involving physical skill, luck, and typical video games. The trivia game in particular was the one I kept coming back to. We had a pretty good time spending 2 hours slowly using up our tokens. Strangely, the amount of tickets won on screens of games often did not match up with what it said on the place where you insert your card – not sure which number is the correct one. It’s not something I’d want to do often, but fun for a rainy day!

I came here to hang out with a friend who was leaving for a new job in a sunnier climate on a snowy Sunday night. It wasn’t bad, but the food/service was meh. Drinks looked okay, but I opted for a Sam cold snap… what we thought was odd was that there were lots of beers on tap, but they weren’t on the menu. If I had known that there was Lagunitas IPA on tap, I’d have ordered that in the first place. I just think that the waitresses need to be up front about what beer’s on tap. When I asked they just said whatever’s on the menu is what we have. We only found out about the other beers on tap when we went to bar for another beer… Earlier in the evening, hubs ordered a beer and waited about 30+ minutes for it… it eventually made its way to the table after we asked about it. There was only one working machine to load credits to your card, and a few games were broken. I mean, regardless of the above, we had a good time. It was a quiet Sunday night and it wasn’t crowded. Most importantly, we got to hang out with a few friends that I had seen in a long time.

Food, fun, and kids are kicked out at 10PM? It was a nice surprise when the announcement came on and suddenly all the kiddies disappeared. Specials: New Year’s Eve had a special for appetizers and dessert buffet coupled with tokens, ball drop watching, and small perks starting at $ 27 but my friends and I went for the daily Eat & Play combo, $ 25 for $ 20 worth of tokens(ie 100 tokens) and an entrée. It was also a Wednesday so half-priced Wednesday! Woot woot! The hottest game seemed like Mario Kart, but the big winnings came from skee ball. Service: here wasn’t very put together. The maitre’d took forever to figure out where to put us in the half empty restaurant area and my group was sat in the middle of nowhere to which we figured didn’t have a server assigned. It was all made up for the lady who took care of us, she went above and beyond asking us how our meal was, filling out water, and then not only bringing napkins but wet wipes! Food: The chicken fingers were super dry, the burger was over cooked than asked but all the fat in it made it still super juicy, the Cesar was huge, and the seafood/steak kebab special looked sad. All in all it was a filling meal for cheap. Fun place to hang out, eat, drink, and be merry. Too bad public transportation isn’t that convenient for those who don’t drive.

We always come here on Wednesdays when they have ½ price games. I mean why would you go on any other days? The games are pretty fun, and I especially like this site because it seems like there are bigger prize jackpots(ie 1000 tickets vs 500 elsewhere). Food here was okay. My friend got a double cheeseburger which he said was good, juicy, cooked perfectly. I got the rib and wings combo which came with fries. Ribs were meh, they had a maker’s mark bbq sauce that was very tangy. The wings were super salty, and that’s saying a lot because I love my salt. Fries were pretty hard, like how they would be if fried and left out underneath a heat lamp for extended hours. I don’t think the eat and play combo is worth it considering the price you pay.
