My office and I usually order Panera 2 – 3 times a week, and I personally visit often after work and on the weekends. It’s great, but today’s experience left a bitter taste in my mouth… no pun intended. We took advantage of Panera’s delivery service as we normally do, however today’s order was delivered wrong, and the drive was out of the building before we could question it. I called the store and no answer– not even an answering service. We’ve experienced this before, but it’s extremely frustrating when you need a wrong corrected. So now I’m stuck with a bowl of chicken noodle soup where I wanted cream of chicken and wild rice soup, which was the only reason I ordered today in the first place. Poor form, Panera.

Haven’t been to a Panera’s in years so I decided to drop in for a latte after my appointment next door. They have changed their menu offerings since the last time I’ve been there and no longer offer the house latte that I liked so much. I ordered a chai latte instead. The latte took a really long time to make(about 5−8min) I don’t know if it’s because they go in order of when their orders are entered in. But wouldn’t a latte be made in a separate area than the kitchen? The latte was hot but too sweet for me. I probably wouldn’t come back for the latte again. The restaurant was still pretty busy in the late afternoon so that says a lot about their food. Next time, maybe I’ll stop for a soup sandwich combo instead.

Far and away best panera I’ve been to. I love the technology with the fast order kiosks and the fact that they’ll bring your order to your table. Even better is that the people who work here are so kind and efficient. Only had one semi negative experience and the girl was just obviously new and didn’t know the menu that well, not a big deal at all. Otherwise great people, great food, always quick and very clean.

The service and food here is always great. For 2 years most Sunday mornings we love to have breakfast here. Great environment, consistent taste. I always have cappuccino and pour into a mug and it is awesome. The service today was not the same from the beginning but we expected the food would make up for it. I usually have my coffee after I eat– at the end. When I went to pour the cappuccino I noticed the cup was less than half full. As I was going to pour, nothing came out at like a 45 degree angle. I went to the kitchen and asked if I could have a little more. I received a response with a extremely bad attitude saying I could not because that is how cappuccinos are. I explained that I always have the same coffee for two year and its the first time I noticed the amount been less. Why did I bother, same response. I asked for a refund, the manager came up and refunded right away. I recognized the manager and explained that I was satisfied with the service and I understand why it is different: different people to cover vacation. So 4 stars to overall. 0 stars for today.

This has got to be my favorite panera location. I love the efficiency at this location. There are kiosks for those who want to take their time to order or rather than wait in line. Their green tea and lemonade has free refills unlike other locations. I asked for no mayo on one of my sandwiches and without me asking to double check, the person who packed my order checked with two staffs to make sure my order was accurate.

I hardly ever review but I felt it necessary to voice what a well run and virtuous location this one happens to be. Came in for a quick bite and felt very relaxed — almost like a restaurant! Managers and staff are very kind to one another which makes for an enjoyable experience :)

The rain is leaking through the roof and all over the front door and onto the floor. The bathroom smells bad and the drinks are over priced. All while some sort of managers meeting was going on in the back of the store. My friends and I will seek other places.

Came on a Saturday morning to get some breakfast and do some studying. The cash register employee was kind and wasn’t rushing me when I was making my order, like other paneras I’ve been too would. This Panera is pretty neat, you don’t wait for the food at the waiting area, instead you sit down on any table(which they had plenty of) and they bring the food to you when it is done(it has a gps) allowing me to start studying while waiting for my food. There’s plentiful of parking as well which is convenient.

Quick service, great lunches. I love the chicken garden salad with balsamic. The bakery always looks awesome. It’s hard not to drool while waiting in line to order lunch. If you have a short time for lunch, this place is quick and food is awesome!

Even with a long line, they crank out their guests. If you eat it there, they find you and bring the food to your table. Quick service, nice benefits for the MyPanera Card, and tasty food. Parking can be a little tight, as they share a lot with several other businesses. Luckily it’s set a little further away from the mall, so it’s mostly working professionals, and less of the denizens of the South Shore Plaza.

Great customer service. My wife ordered a sandwich that had deli meat, not realizing that the roast beef was prepared rare. Being pregnant, she is cautious of under cooked meats. The server and manager cooked the meat thoroughly and re-prepared the sandwich for us. Nice touch, and well done. One more reason that’s we would return. Thank you.

The self-service kiosks and the fact that the staff bring your order over to your at me for you sets this Panera apart from the vast majority of the others. Food is same as any other Panera location: good, albeit pricey. This location does get very crowded on weekends, which means noise. It also means a lot of demand on the wifi, resulting in ultra slow connection speeds. Ordinarily I’d give it 3 stars, but the table service and self service kiosks does bring it up a notch. Best items: soups. Worst items: cookies(seriously, stay away from the cookies) Food Quality: B Service(Friendliness/Speed): A Cleanliness: B Environment: B Menu Options: A Value: C

They really are totally organized at this location! I went in at 12:00PM today to get lunch for my Husband and me. I literally was in and out within 5 minutes! I had a tomato and mozzarella pannini and it was so yummy! I also now like how you can get refills on your lemonade at this Panera!

It’s a Panera so you know what to expect. What’s different from other locations is you’re given a table marker, not a buzzer, that you put on your table. You’re then served your food which is really nice! The atmosphere is quiet enough to sit and maybe write a bit, if you’re like me and have work to do, and enjoy the overpriced food. ;) 4 stars because it’s not blowing my mind but definitely worth a visit for lunch.

Out of every Panera that I’ve been to, this is my favorite location. For those who don’t feel like waiting in line, you have the option to use a touch screen system where you can place and order and either wait to pick it up as take-out, or you can take a buzzer and have it brought to your table when it’s ready. For this, you need a credit or debit card, though. I have a Panera card and today I was able to get two things from the bakery for 99 cents. Hooray for treats! The best things that I think that Panera has to offer are the frozen mocha drinks, the strawberry rhubarb cake, the cherry pastries, iced green tea, low-fat black cherry smoothie, and their soups. The soups are the best when it’s winter and you want something warm. Their tortellini alfredo is awesome, too. With soups and their mac and cheese, you get a french baguette. With sandwiches, they give you a bag of their own chips/crisps.

The staff at this Panera Bread is top notch. We always make changes to our order and there’s never an issue(unlike some of the other local Panera shops). The sandwiches are great but a little pricey. They offer free WiFi, which is pretty convenient. The cool thing about this Panera is that they are a «pilot» location and have some cool features that will hopefully be rolled out to other Panera Bread stores. They have online ordering, in-store iPad ordering, and delivery.

I can’t believe I’m giving you one star. oh Panera you used to be one of my favorites, but I’ve had too many problems with this location lately. Nearly each and every week I order a turkey sandwich for my boyfriend, and request the roasted turkey, not the jiggly nasty deli«smoked» turkey. They always charge me for it, and say ok, but when I get it home, you guessed it. Wrong turkey. Countless times they have: given us the wrong salad dressings or none at all, forgot the baguettes, added toppings to salad that I specifically requested not to add etc. When I got their offer in the mail for 50% to try their new online ordering system, I thought I’d give it a shot, because at least if *I* am the one typing up the order, maybe it will come out right. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Yesterday I ordered two salads and a sandwich, and when I went to pick it up there was no one standing at the«to go» counter or whatever they are calling it, but i saw my bag sitting there, so I grabbed it, assuming everything was ok, and left. I noticed that the print out stapled to the bag, noting each item, did not have check marks. When I order in the store, I noticed that they have someone reading off each item to the people making it, to make sure it’s correct. I get home and find that there are tomatoes on my salad which I requested to leave them out, no extra blueberries in my mom’s salad like I asked, only one tiny baguette, and per usual they used the wrong turkey on the sandwich and the bread was all wet and nasty from mountain of pickles they put on it. It seems they didn’t even read all the special instructions i wrote in. Something is up with their online ordering system, or more likely the young kids working there just don’t pay attention. Even though they’ve screwed me before, I never called to complain, but this was enough, I called and spoke with a manager named Michelle who was nice but certainly not very apologetic and just said i could come in and get a «free meal» when I said that wasn’t really my concern; I just wanted things I order made correctly, and I said that obviously something is off with your online ordering, she just said she would look into it. Sadly, I’ve had enough overpriced jiggly turkey sandwich and messed up salads, so won’t be coming here anymore… maybe just for breads and soup, since it’s near impossible to screw that up. Panera corporate: if you’re reading this, tell your managers to focus more on quality service and less on the look of your restaurants.

This is by far the best Panera location that I’ve been to in Massachusetts. It is always very clean and the employees are polite and helpful. I never have to wait long in line or for my food. I usually order my panini slightly altered from what is on the menu and the location in Quincy and also Hingham have been openly rude about it. This location doesn’t do that. It’s good to not have to feel bad about how you order a sandwich. They also just started delivering the food to your table. Another nice feature. I really enjoy coming here. It’s a good atmosphere to have a quiet meal, catch up with friends or get some work done/have a study group.

We came in on a Wednesday night around 7 p.m. The parking lot was half empty and we figured we could grab a relatively easy quick dinner and be on our way. Wrong. First off, it was excruciatingly slow. We stood in line for 10 minutes waiting to place our order. The person in front of us paid with a debit or credit card which was denied and the cashier recommended he call the bank to figure out the problem. In all fairness, that’s a fine recommendation, but she waited for him to finish the call before ringing up anyone else’s order. So when we finally placed our order — two sandwiches and two drinks, it turns out that they were already out of certain types of breads. At that point, I didn’t care. I was hungry and I wanted food. Then we had to sit through the Panera upsell technique. I don’t want a cookie, I don’t want a bagel for tomorrow, and I don’t want a coffee for later. So now that 20 minutes had passed, we finally received our food. My tuna salad sandwich was not made correctly — it was a chunk of albacore tuna practically smothered in mayo. Hubs enjoyed his sandwich, but I was not impressed. One of the worst Paneras in the area. They do offer a large dining area, with lots of room to accomodate larger parties. However, it’s not worth the wait time for it.
