The best Chick-​fil-​a I’ve been in. Awesome service from every single employee, fast service and the food well prepared and presented.

Great place to eat and have your kids play in the play area. However, the play area needs some cleaning and fresh air.

The lines at the drive thru are always super long no matter what time I come. The food is healthy and taste great, so I suppose that is why but there should be a better plan than servers walking the line taking orders because it is not speeding up the line. Today I got half way home and my order was wrong. I had to go back park and go inside. This totally was not convenient and defeated the purpose of going through the drive through.

Great customer service. Fast and friendly and of course the food is always good. Never any complaints at this location. I love chickfila

Just an odd deal here this morning. Can’t say as I have ever walked into a chik fil a and be given a buzzer to go sit and wait for my food. These is no one else here. So while I wait for my biscuit, there is staff cleaning windows, a floor scrubbing machine is running in the lobby, and the bathrooms are closed for cleaning… Shouldn’t all this be handled before opening? How dirty could all of this gotten so dirty in the first hour of opening the doors? Cmon gang, this is so out of character for a chik fil a. I want to make fit to work on time not watch 3 employees clean the store and one person run the orders.

Always a 110% friendly customer service. Delicious food always served very fast despite how busy and popular they always are. You can really never go wrong on a trip to here. Consistently the hands down leader in fast food industry.
And now they serve to your table! That 110% customer service just went to 150%! Order, get your table place card, and a friendly associate brings your food to your table. Awesome job!

We really like Chick-​fil-​A, most of the time.
I don’t know what it is about this one, but there always seems to be something wrong. Usually it’s just the ice cold temperature inside.
The last two visits… two weeks ago, went thru the drive in. One chic sandwich was fine, the second one almost half the size of the first (ordered two number one’s). After emailing a complaint to corporate customer support, I got an email saying they didn’t understand which sandwich I got. I don’t know that really matters, but, it’s now been almost two weeks since I let them know it was the number one… no follow-​up from Chick-​fil-​A!??
Yesterday, it was time to try them again and see if the above problem was an isolated case.
I ordered a chicken biscuit at 9AM, along with a large coffee. It was not busy and my order was quickly filled. I unwrapped the sandwich; the biscuit top was hard as a rock around the edges and one side. The chicken had a «bald» top… missing breading? Maybe this was the diet version… lol.
Time for me to give up my chicken obsession for a while, save my Chick-​fil-​A visits for when I’m somewhere else. Too bad, I really love em when they get it right. Unfortunately, this one can’t seem to do that, and the corporation’s customer care, doesn’t really care.

I now understand why every Chik-​Fil-​A I ever see, is always really busy, everything is delicious! I’ve never had one bad piece of chicken here. I really like how you’re given the option of grilled nuggets instead of the standard crispy. The Asian salad is probably my favorite item on the menu, especially with their Avocado Ranch dressing.
And just an FYI, even though the service is pretty quick, don’t go here if you’re in a rush.

Always a pleasure just swinging by and picking up some Chick-​fil-​A. I just love the Polynesian sauce on everything… lol Today I enjoyed something different, and that was the chicken salad sandwich. It was pretty good and I think I would have it again, but my favorite are the grilled chicken nuggets.
Can’t ever go wrong with those.

So let me just first start off by giving kudos hands down to Tarleisha. She was the cashier who helped me with my order. I decided to buy lunch for my group 14 meeting and everyone had an individual order. Tarleisha took special care and making sure that she repeated my order not once not twice but three times to ensure that you have the correct. In addition to that not only did she get my order right but she walked me out to my car because my order was so big. this was very surprising as I came at the peak of the lunch hour when they are extremely busy. kudos to this restaurant they just took customer service to another level for me. I will absolutely be coming back.

The guy working the drive through today needed to slow down and listen to what we were ordering. He kept rushing us while we were ordering and he messed up our order.

I just started eating Chic-​Fil-​A for breakfast this past couple months and it is amazing. They are generous with their chicken and the employees are VERY polite. I came through the drive through once around 6am and the young lady who took my order was full of energy and happy. I came in kind of frustrated and tired, but I left happy. I forgot her name but she’s the reason Chic-​Fil-​A earned my business.
However, this location around 7 – 7:30am is packed! be prepared to do a 10+min wait. I would say out of the 10 times I have been there around this time, at least 3 times was a really long wait. 10min may not seem like a long time, but if you are like me and don’t always leave enough time to make it to work, you will be late.

From the food, to the staff and culture, this is the best fast-​food place on the planet.
*All* staff are friendly, happy, and helpful. They get a long line at the drive-​thru all day, but they sure keep it a movin’.
I have never received a wrong order, and never had any issues with the food I got. If you are here between 11:30 and 1:30, there are double lines around the building. Somehow though, I find them to be the fastest *and* the most accurate drive through I’ve ever find through. They are amazing!
I love their chicken sandwiches, their fries, their shakes, their sweet tea (my favorite sweet tea ever), and their homemade lemonade. I’m here once a week.

Great staff! They are always friendly. But it’s always busy. It is the busiest in Florida.

LOVE!!! I was skeptical about this place because of all the hype… but I was so pleasantly surprised! I love the chicken tenders, chicken sandwich, waffle fries and I would totally come back. Typically I do not care for fast food nor do I have it often but YOU MUST BELIEVE THE HYPE PEOPLE… it’s that good!

I have to admit I walked into this place totally expecting to dislike it for some unknown reason. Well, I was wrong.
I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and fries. The sandwich was very plain, a decent piece of spiced up chicken breast on a bun with 2 pickle slices. That’s it. But I must say the spicy chicken WAS spicy and very juicy. A nice surprise. Liked it a lot. They have waffle cut fries, just not a fan. I don’t like the texture, feel stale to me. I like a good meaty fry.
The place was clean, but seating was scant. Not the most comfortable. Now I know why the drive thru line is so long. Employees were nice enough.
A typical fast food place, nothing supper special. I much prefer Zaxby’s for chicken items. But fine if you’re on the go and want something quick.

Today was my first visit to a Chic-​Fil-​A. I will now present the world’s first side by side comparison to my fav, Zaxby’s.
1. Facility
CFA — Stark white small dining area. This location is dominated by the kiddie play area, it’s bigger than the dining area, really!
Zax — Comfortably lit country theme. Nice booths, very roomy.
Winner — Zaxby’s in a runaway.
2. Employees
CFA — Employees are polite, courteous. They are very well trained and respond to thank you’s every time with a «My pleasure». Actually after a while it seems robotic.
Zax — Usually friendly and helpful. I have seen them get stressed at times which wàsnt good.
Winner — CFA
3. Accoutrement — you know, the stuff that comes with the main item. Mainly the fries
CFA — Waffle fries. Kinda soggy and bland… meh.
Zax — Coney Island, Nathan’s or crinkle cut, whatever you call them, always hot, crispy outside, creamy inside. Some of the best around. With the finger plate you also get Texas Toast and cole slaw.
Winner — Zax
4. Main Item
CFA — In this case it was the Spicey Chicken Sandwich Deluxe. Generous piece of chicken, hot and not dry. No sauce or any kind of dressing, they offer you a choice of sauces at the counter so you control the amount. We liked that a lot. The girl gave me two sauces, at Zax an extra sauce is .25 cents. All in all a very good sandwich.
Zax — Chicken finger plate. About six or seven chicken filets, always hot, always juicy and always delicious. Choice of dipping sauces, extra sauce 25 cents but you usually don’t need more than one.
Winner — Zax by a beak.
5. Drinks
CFA — Coke products and Dr. Pepper, regular and diet. Also fresh lemonade, regular and diet plus the usual tea, milk, coffee. The only drawback is the drinks are behind the counter which means fighting for a spot at the counter for refills.
Zax — Coke products, you serve yourself, all the refills you want plus the usual other bevs.
Winner — Self serve drinks always win Zax.
6. Intangible
CFA — Although good, I left hungry. Lots of locations. Great billboards on the
freeways «Eat more chicken», always makes me smile.
Zax — I have never left a Zax hungry, never. Limited availability
Winner — This was tough, almost too close too call but Zax wins this by a full belly.
Although close, Zaxby’s was the clear winner.
Consolation prize to CFA employees who make my «Wait Staff All Stars» list. (that’s no small potatoes (waffle fries in this case) folks!

This place has never disappointed! It is always clean, the food fresh and customer service is excellent! Wish I could eat here everyday, my fav is the spicy chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato. A hint: order a pack of blue cheese! Makes this sandwich a grand slam, out of the park, amazingness!!! But if ordering a plain chicken sandwich get the honey BBQ packets, make sure to get plenty because it is awesome!!!

I love love love Chick-​Fil-​A! It’s a cut above the rest in terms of fast food to me!
The inside of the store is always clean and I always see the employees cleaning the empty seats and trash. They are also so pleasant!
We went for breakfast and I order the Chick-​fila-​A Chicken Mini’s Meal which car with hash browns and a drink. I almost always get their diet lemonade because it is just soooo good! My breakfast was devine! Just what I had wanted! I always get the Honey roasted BBQ Sauce and the Chick-​fil-​A sauce! They are just soo good!
I will def. be back because it is by far one of my favorite places to eat at when choosing ‘fast food’!

From ordering to when I received my meal, it was fast. The meal tasted fresh and piping hot.
First time ordering Chik-​Fil-​A, I’m hooked!
Too bad they don’t open on sundays due to the CEO’s religious beliefs.
