Steve was extremely helpful during my last visit. He was able to reduce my bill, as well as increase my data.
This location is clean, organize, and comfortable. Everyone I have dealt with so far has been polite, and professional.
Because it is such a good location, it does get busy, and it does get crowded. I recommend going just after they open, if you can. If you can’t, just be patient. Be sure to get in the queue. Generally, they move through people fairly quickly.

I went into the store with my mother to trade our phones for new ones. Mike was patient and knowledgeable. He took his time with us and never once pressured or pushed us towards products. We had a great experience!

If you like being pressured to buy unnecessary crap and than have two other «managers»
come over and pressure you to buy crap and tell them why you do not want to buy their crap than u will enjoy shopping here. I literally felt like I was at a time share presentation and almost lost it on the manager after shutting them down continuously on their sneaky sales tactics. What I do not like is people constantly pressuring you to buy something when you are not interested at all. I will never shop there again, was supposed to go back and trade in my old phone for account credit but I don’t like their vulture sales tactics. Verizon is useless.

Great store if you need Verizon cell help.
I’ve purchased several phones here, and usually bring them here for fixing or tune ups. The staff are always great to me, and always seem happy.
I’ll be needing a new one soon, I’m sure I’ll be back…

This morning my father and mother who are 79 years old went into the store to upgrade an eligible I-​phone.
Their salesman Pierre told them about a promotion that would save us money off our monthly bill.
He said that if they take 2 android tablets home with them that the tablets would be completely free. There would be no cost for the tablets, no monthly fee for having them and to make the deal sweeter he would take $ 40 a month off the top of our bill forever.
My mom called me from the store thinking that this sounded like an amazing deal. The salesman said «no catch, totally free and we give you $ 40 a month off your bill to take them home. You can toss them in a drawer and never use them.»
My parents leave the store and I get an email from Verizon saying that they financed the tablets for 24 months and that there will be a $ 10 a month fee for owning the tablets. This gives me a $ 40+ extra charge per month on my bill.
I called the salesman and he explained to me that although I am being charged an additional $ 40 per month he is giving me $ 20 per month credit off of 4 of my lines. I understand the math, but I also know that I can negotiate my own plans without having to take 2 tablets and finance them to boot.
I forwarded the email to my parents (that explained the charges) and told them to return the tablets which they had only had for about 2 hours and had not even opened them yet. When they got to the store they were held there for several hours while the salesman and then the manager Robert Quinones tried to convince them that this was a great deal. When they insisted that they wanted to return them they said that they had to pay $ 35 per item to return them. I am not exaggerating when I tell you that they would not let my parents leave the store for more than 2 hours. My mom was in tears. It was 8:30 at night when she called me and said that they would not let her leave and that they had not eaten dinner yet and they were intimidating them. I told her to put the manager on the phone. He said that he would not take the tablets back without $ 70. I said, «Fine. Put it on my bill and I will deal with Verizon directly» He refused and said that they needed to pay him directly out of their own pocket. I told him to pay it out of his pocket and he hung up on me.
My parents were never informed of a restocking fee. My parents never agreed to financing the tablets. My parents and myself never agreed to a monthly charge for the tablets.
It is disgraceful the way that the manager takes advantage of his elderly clientele. He completely lied and deceived them into taking something they did not need. He refused to take the items back the very same day when his lies unraveled.
You know that the behavior of this store reflects very poorly on the Verizon brand.

Went into the store as they are supposedly the corporate store for the area since I have had problems with Verizon Wireless cancelling my phone service since August. Their customer service is horrible. I have called the Customer Support line only to be hung up on several times and told my bill would be corrected since they actually did not disconnect my service until November. I had a new provider since mid August and haven’t touched my old phones, yet Verizon thought they would continue to rip off a Veteran and single mother out of her had earned money. The manager (Mark is his name I believe) at this store ensured that he would help me and yet I have found another Verizon Wireless employee that is incompetent and cannot do their job. It has been a few weeks since I’ve been into the store and didn’t hear back from him. I called and left him a message and he is so incompetent that he cannot even find it possible to call me back. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and hopefully they will be able to assist me in dealing with the incompetency that is Verizon Wireless. Hopefully, I can also get ahold of somebody in the corporate office that actually can do their job and fix my bill.

I had a good experience. The store was packed and it was past 9pm but the staff was very courteous and helpful. Great service from Michael and West. I had bad experiences is other Verizon stores so this is my go to store from now on.

Worst experience going to that particular store… too much to list, too angry to write… very inexperienced kids working there, including «solutions manager» he was more like the «problem creator» person… oh well, they were busy, maybe they’ll get better,

I’ve been standing here for well over 30 minutes. Still haven’t even helped. It’s not even packed in here.

I went to Verizon with my Sister-​in law and her daughter for a phone repair. They took our name and put us on the list; it was 2pm on a saturday. We waited about 15 min until a young man named Jonathan helped us. He was very nice and fixed our phone dilemma in a snap!
They were busy but the wait was a lot less then I expected. The other staff (no Jonathan) were cordial but nothing over the top. The store was clean but there were so many people milling around it was insane.
Downfall– that they were playing ‘Sexual Healing’ while we waited, which I personally do not think is appropriate at all… but hey to each their own!

I have to thoroughly disagree with each of the single-​star negative reviews posted here. This location is an actual Verizon Corporate Store as listed on the Verizon Wireless website. In comparison to the myriad of storefronts littering the local retail landscape, this location has properly trained staff with the necessary resources at their fingertips. I have tried some of the other (unofficial) locations in the area in an attempt to stay closer to home or find a bargain, and I keep coming back here.

I’ve been with Verizon for quite some time and have always been elated with the service I’ve received but this location should be ashamed.
The last two times I was there I experienced less than stellar service. First was a woman who treated me like I was an idiot for not knowing that a phone’s release date was not the same as it’s in store arrival.
Today it was with Jonathon… creepy creepy creepy. He preferred to talk about tattoos, the baby making music that his coworker was playing, and another customer’s phone issues over helping me with mine.
Do yourself a favor-​go to another Verizon.

Beware! Not every store that says VERIZON is actually verizon. Some of them are «Authorized Dealers». This is the reason I don’t go anymore to the mall and I decided to go to this particular location. It seems the staff there has a clear mission, either to sell you something you don’t need or want, or send you home with an unresolved problem. The minute you tell them you are not there to buy something, they will find a way to dismiss you. They don’t make money resolving your technical problems. They don’t care. I took my phone there for a simple technical problem and without even checking If i was under warranty they send me to a repair shop at the mall. Really? Poor service, the staff is condescending, they assume everybody is tech challenged when in fact you can show them a couple of new tricks. Beware and be persistent so you can pass their initial laziness.

Went to this Verizon location with a mobile phone problem. The problem was network related. The technician asked what my problem was and I gave her my assessment. She went on her computer and looked up my personal information. Once she had that information, she told me that the «4G network» had been down two days and that was the likely problem. She added, «If you still have the problem in two days, go to the store you bought it and have them check your phone out.» I left and went to the store the phone was purchased and in less that 20 minutes the phone was up and running again. Verizon provides great coverage, but it appears they quibble once the sell has been made and not all stores will support all Verizon clients.
