Alberto Morales, sales professional, provided me with a remarkable service delivery experience! I am highly appreciative of his assistance in helping me properly diagnose the software issues with my iPhone 5S device, as well as, saving me from upgrading to an iPhone 6+. As difficult as these types of interactions may be at times with the customer-sales pro engagement, Alberto went ABOVE and BEYOND. He provided clear, precise, and rational guidance during the software update process Furthermore, he increased my understanding and previous level of knowledge. Went to get a new iPhone 6 yesterday. Walked in and was greeted immediately by I think his name was Bryant. He went way above and beyond my expectations. He was very pleasant and informative. I would highly recommend this location.

Jessica was an amazing sales rep. From the time we walked in the door to the time we left she made us feel like we were #1 priority and in good hands. She greeted us as we walked in and took care of us the whole time. She even walked us to the door and held it open for us as we left with our new products. Her skill set must be a huge asset to the company and the customers who walk in the door. She was very friendly, assertive, very knowledgeable, patient, and well adverse in all products, features, and account issues. Can’t ask for a better combination in a sales rep. And she’s an excellent sales person as well, we walked in looking for 1 phone upgrade and left with 2 new phones, 2 new cases, advanced screen protector, and a huge smile on our faces. Thank you Jessica for an excellent experience and for going above and beyond in pleasing us as AT&T customers.
