Shelly was awesome and friendly. The only thing is that the three hole punch is a little I’ll and gets stuck. The place is clean and all other devices worked well, including the copiers and computers. Excellent customer service! Great job Shelly!

Service is good. Great for all your copying and mailing needs. Postage, as everywhere, is expensive, but a workplace discount certainly helps.

I have been here several times and have had to wait for service each time. The last time was the worst. I go to FedEx because in previous places where I lived the lines are shorter than at the post offices, and also the hours are much more flexible. The last time I was there I waited in line over half an hour. I had to mail something overnight for work and the post office was closed. The staff was not apologetic. At one point one of the computers stopped working and the man working there did nothing to try to fix it. I then stood at the counter for over ten minutes and suggested to him he call someone, try turning it off and then on, etc. After the poor customer service I asked to speak to who was in charge and I asked for a discount. The woman did say sorry but said she couldn’t give me a discount. I won’t be back.
