Staples the Office Superstore

We came in to get a PDF picture blown up and laminated. The laminator machine was broken so we gave them our contact info and asked that they call us when they were ready. That was over two weeks ago. I never received a call from them so I drove up there to follow up. My photos were printed but they forgot to laminate them. So I had to stand in the store and wait an additional 20 minutes for them to scramble and get my order ready. One of the women behind the counter said they were 4 hours behind.
When I finally checked out they didn’t charge me for the lamination because they felt bad.
I want to like this store, especially since I’m a huge fan of the staples website, but these employees are always unorganized.

Store location is above average but
CS SUCKS!!! Ordered computer yesterday not available in store, will ship 3 business days, we fly for vacation in 2 days, so wanted to change ship location to my sister’s house in PA where we are on vacation, phone wait for CS yesterday was anywhere from 1.5 — 2.5 hours, WTF? Hire some people Staples!!! Send 4 emails explaining situation, get automated replies back on all 4 emails, so call CS this morning & talk to 4 different IDIOTS, Christina, Kathy, Faith & Melanie including CS supervisor & CS manager, «our system isn’t setup to allow address changes», with no explanation other than «We Can’t Do That». Give up with CS & call store back to speak with Tonya who was manager on duty yesterday, «we will need to wait until package has UPS tracking # mid day tomorrow then call UPS/​Staples to give them the PA address to reroute package to», CS Manager couldn’t have done the same thing for me? Thanks for nothing Melanie, somehow you could have done what Tonya did for me! Thanks Tonya for caring & going above & beyond. STAPLES CS girls YOU SUCK!!!

Great selection and helpful staff. One thing though, I did ask an employee where the business cards were and she had no idea if they sold them or not. She had to run that down with two other employees. I would hope that employees would know what their company sells and doesn’t sell. I’d return here given the chance.

On the search for a new computer tower. Just the tower, CPU, nothing else which is just about impossible these days. The store was busy and when I was asked what I was looking for the sales dudes acted like a I was Typhoid Mary (the male version). They had three towers hidden below the laptops and big screen all in ones. Maybe if I was looking for one of those I might rate them higher but alas, I didn’t. Also the store is in the Bermuda Triangle of the Brandon Mall. Horrors!

some staff members were a little rude, but overall they get their stuff done. The printing department were always fast and legit except one other time when I pre ordered it was not ready. Checkers are extremely fast and nice. Other employees on the floor don’t really ask if you need help but when you ask for help they USUALLY assist as best as they possibly can. You could also ask them if they have any coupons and help you save money.

No customer service. …poor experience. Headed to office depot now… tech guy knew less then me… walked away free me to answer phone…

Courteous staff. Extra checkers on so checking out was very quick despite a trainee on my register.

I continue to go to this store strictly because of the rewards program. The staff are unfriendly and not at all helpful. I dread shopping at this location.
