Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My reservation was made a least a week in advance. I was scheduled to pick up a van at 1:00 pm so I could be at St Pete/​Clearwater airport to pick up the family. I arrived at Enterprise about 10 minutes early. I was told the van was not there yet but the driver was on his way to get it from another location. I did not leave out of there until around 2:15. If you know a week in advance that a vehicle is required, why do you wait until the final hour to get it there? On a positive note, the people were very nice.

Third time at this location. My experience has always been on a positive note. I have never walked in for a car rental and received such professionalism in such a timely manner. I don’t know how they navigate thru the day with such a flood of walk in traffic and phones but they sure are one heck of a team. This was my third interaction with Jamie and as always she took care of me with efficiency, care, and most importantly knew what she was doing. I will def be back! Customer service was awesome

I made a reservation a week in advance for a rental car here. I needed the car to get to and from work while some repairs on my personal vehicle were made. I told them I would arrive first thing at 7:30 am. They told me on the phone they were located inside the Cadillac dealership but when I got there someone inside of Cadillac told us that the Enterprise was actually in the Fiat dealership. So we then went to Fiat where there was a sign on the door that said they didn’t open until 8am. We walked around the building and asked someone else how to get in and they showed us a side door. When we got to the desk there was a gentleman there picking up a car. When they checked us in at 7:35 we found out they gave our car to the other gentleman and they were all out of cars so I would either have to go to a different location or pay to upgrade to a SUV which is all they had left and only because someone had just dropped it off so we would have to wait for them to clean it. They offered to wave part of the fee for their mistake. They should have right then waved the entire upgrade fee! We waited a really long time for the car, then getting in the car it smelled bad inside. There were streaks on the window that no amount of window washing would get rid of making it hard to see through when the sun was shinning. The car smelled so bad then when I got home from work that day, my dog stalked me, smelling my pants, trying to figure out while I smelled like that. It was so bad I could smell the car on me and couldn’t wait to change clothes.
The next day Wesley from the dealership called me to see how things were going with the car. I told him I was upset that they gave my car away and I had to pay for an upgrade. He put me on hold to ask his manager if there was anything they could do. She said no she would not do anything about the fee but when they got a car in I could come back to the dealership to exchange the car, but they would not get one in for 2 days, which is when I planned to bring the car back anyways. Wesley repeatedly said he wanted me to be 100% satisfied and was very friendly, however it did me no good since he didn’t have the power to make any decisions that would satisfy me.
Returning the car was just as much of a hassle. It was a 30 min wait before anyone would take the keys.
Find a different location! Even though the staff here are friendly there is not enough of them and the manager is awful, she really doesn’t value your business.

I was in and out in about 25 minutes when I picked up the rental. They were very friendly and helpful. The car was so clean and new. I would definitely recommend this branch. It’s a small office inside a car dealership.

I’m sitting here waiting for 40 mins to pick up the car. Paperwork was easy and fast. The delay was waiting for the car to be cleaned. The location is under staffed. Your best bet is to find another location, unless you have an hour to waste.
