The clothes are beautiful, my service however was really upsetting. I came in looking for pantyhose so when a store rep(said her name was Nadia) asked I told her and she showed them to me. I picked out some other things, tried on some pants then she checked me out. She barely made any eye contact at all, when st the register she was looking behind me while I was talking, the at the counter. To the point that I asked if she was okay. The kicker for me was when I said thanks as I took my bag and she didn’t bother to look at me or say your welcome. Felt like I wasn’t welcome as a customer and frankly hurt my feelings.

I have done Ship To Store previously with no errors, but I suppose there’s always that one time or two. I ordered 4 Cacique bras in June and they are still not at the store as of today, July 11, 2012. I received email confirmation that the items were shipped June 29 and delivered July 6. I never received a phone call or anything from the company regarding my order’s status, so I of course found this info through my confirmation email. I call today and the shift supervisor Nancy(?) was short but said if the site showed the order was delivered then it is in the store and I can come pick it up. I live in Temple Terrace and drove 25 minutes all the way to Brandon through the rain and traffic since I am going out of town tomorrow. I get here only to find that my package is NOT here and they have no clue where it is, or if someone else received my order since there is a package in the back with a name similar to mine. A phone call was made to customer service, who also verified the order was shipped(I have the UPS confirmation as well as my LB confirmation with me, but that’s besides the point). Anyway I was told that I need to call the store Friday to see where the package is since that is when the store manager will be present, because the order may have been delivered to a different location that they don’t have access to. I am frustrated to say the least, not just with the order being lost, but with the service provided by the staff member I communicated with at this location(I made a blank trip all the way over here that could have been avoided had she taken the time to look for the package when I originally called). I will be shipping to The Shops at Wiregrass in the future. SIGH!!!
