McDonald’s

I typically won’t review fast food restaurants but this establishment awe-​inspired. Never have I seen a general manager (Blake L.) as engaged and determined to deliver food to his customers as promptly and accurately. He encourages his employees to do the best job they can praising them when they do a good job and providing them with constructive criticism when improvements need to be made. I was able to witness all of this within the course of a few minutes while waiting for my food. I arrived at a remarkably busy time of day, ordered a grilled chicken wrap and received a crispy chicken wrap. I mentioned the mishap to Blake and was astounded by how professionally and promptly he handled the situation. The establishment is clean, condiments and plasticware are well stocked, and the entire staff seems to coordinate well with one another to ensure customer satisfaction.

Cashier was friendly. Requested hot fries, and they were hot when I got them. Frappé with extra caramel drizzle was awesome! Dining area was clean.

The family frequents this place and it is always busy. It’s a good place to grab something quickly when on the go. Saying that this morning I ordered my meal and was several miles down the road when I noticed that there was no hash brown… my favorite part. Groan, a bad way to start the morning!
