Love the delicious entrees, but man, the bathrooms need to be cleaned more regularly.

Excellent food and a good price. The family package is an excellent way to get a quick meal for about 4 – 5 people. The best part is they have a drive window to pickup food quickly. Will recommend for anyone that enjoys a good food.

The food was good and priced well but certain details were lacking. Maybe they lacked staffing or is what you get for cheap food. It’s a fast food joint with someone extras like minimal table service.

HORRIBLE, DON’T GO HERE. Waited 30 minutes watching my food get cold on the counter before they gave it to us. There was nothing on the sauce bar And they didn’t even tell us (would’ve went to a different location if they told us before we made our purchase). And one of the employees was giving us a mug because they couldn’t do their job? Ok. And there was barely any customers so there shouldn’t be an excuse why our food took so long

Honestly I was impressed it was better then I expected the food was very yummy actually had a lot of flavor !! I had the roasted chicken yuca with garlic sauce and yellow rice with read beans absolutely yummy I would definitely go back the service was good the workers were very friendly and helpful overall it was a nice experience

I always come here and I’m extremely disappointed with the way everything is. I been waiting for my food for about 45 minutes they said they had no chicken. They never told us they didn’t have any ready. We went to ask and they told us 15 minutes it’s been 45 minutes and they still haven’t bought our food out. Everything seems very dirty, I will definitely notify the county so that they can come check this restaurant. I’m definetely not coming back here anymore. Horrible service.

The food here is great but the service is terrible. Almost every time I order in the drive thru, they mess up the order and then get an attitude when you tell them. Check your order if you plan to eat here.

Kudos — management has come through. Now the dining area is cleaned and the food is consistently good. Way to go!

I recently discovered Pollo Tropicale and I am a big fan. The food tastes pretty fresh and it has a lot of flavor. we especially enjoy the chicken wings, plantains, yucca and of course, the condiment bar. It is affordable and almost home cooked.

This was my first and last time coming to pollo tropical. I came in and the kitchen staff were all yelling at each other! Nothing made sense. People were angry everywhere waiting for their food. Mine didn’t take too long (20 minutes for a to-​go plate) idk how long it usually takes since I’ve never been here but seeing how furious everyone else was, I was expecting to wait much longer. So I get my food and go over to the sauce bar… Half of them are not labeled, the other half are empty, the lime juice things were all empty. I lost all faith in ever coming back :(

Decent. I had the chicken salad and it was not skimpy by any means and it had a lot of chicken in it. I would not be jumping out of my seat to go back but I enjoyed my meal.

No Hispanic that has any respect for them self eats here. This food is just terrible. Tropi chop was a Tropi slop.

When to comes to fast food you can’t beat Pollo Tropical. This place exceeds all expectations when in comparison to other fast food. The only downfall here is that finding a clean table was a chore. They have one guy constantly bringing out meals as quick as he can and where there’s other guests here there’s no time to clean tables. Make that happen and this place would be clean and have good fast food.
Still, if you are in the market for a quick meal, without having to spend much money and still find healthy options, you came to the right place. Try the chicken fajitas or rib lets and don’t forget the mango sweet tea!

I am only giving it as much as 3 stars for the food. If you are willing to wait for it, the chicken is deliciously seasoned and grilled. The black beans were tasty and, I don’t usually care for it, the fried sweet plantains were the best I ever had! I can’t say anything about the rest of the food, but I had no problems with what I got.
Now, on to the rest of my visit. The place was filthy. I can only imagine that they had a very busy lunch rush. Not one table was clean; I had to ask for someone to clean a table off for us. He was friendly, they all were, but he left a bottle of cleaning solution on the floor by our table when he accidentally knocked it off. The salsa bar looked… disgusting. I wasn’t willing to get any closer to find out what was there. The floor was littered with napkins and food debris.
They were out of some key foods too, like the red beans. So we could only try the black. Their soda fountain was out of at least two flavors, but I was happy with a coke. I honestly felt like they just lacked direction on how to keep things running in an orderly manner and the staff didn’t seem to know how their job affected others.
Things could be fixed with the right management, but not quite right yet. So if you’re willing to wait and possibly have a coupon like we did, GET IT TO GO!

9 out of 9 free tables were dirty and we had to have one of the cashiers clean one off for us. And the floors weren’t any better. The lemonade came out as water, the Dr pepper was 95% soda water, I was scared to try the coke but at least that was okay. We had a coupon for 2 meals for $ 10. So that was good. And everything was tasty. The ratings for this location seem legit, NOTE TO MANAGEMENT: THESE SEEM LIKE VERY FIXABLE ISSUES.

My family and I love Pollo Tropical. This particular location is not up to par at all. The service was ok. When the employee brought our food to the table she brought boiled yuca when I had ordered fried. When I told her it was not what I ordered she tried to tell me I had ordered boiled. I did get it replaced with what I ordered. Unfortunately the chicken was very undercooked and I was afraid to eat it.

I personally think the food here its pretty descent. Of course not the same as back home when it comes to real Pollo a la Brasa, but close.
The sides are always a must! Specially: yellow rice and beans, yuca (steamed) and yuca bites.
The chicken has a good flavor to it and yes the skin! Hahaha just hit the gym after.
Overall good place to get some good flavorful chicken if you are tired of the publix or costco one.

Not worthy of the franchise. No one knows what breast of chicken is since I was given a thigh. Funny they sure know how to charge me for it. Awful.

The food at pollo tropical is decent, nothing out of this world. I recommend the grilled chicken breast, and the regular chicken dinner with sides. The Caesar salad was not as good, just ok. And the riblets were ok as well, not my favorite. I probably won’t be ordering those again. As far as the side dishes, the rice, beans, and corn had good taste. The restaurant is new in the area and this might be the reason their service is slow.

Not great food, but good. Some of the staff needs a little more training in manners and helpfulness, but others were great. I think they have to work the kinks out of their system since it is a new location and weed out the week staff.
