Being located the the Brandon mall doesn’t detract from this location at all. It’s your average, run-​of-​the-​mill Starbucks.
During any of my visits, I haven’t experienced the slow service others mention. I guess I’ve just gotten lucky, or maybe I’ve just been bumped to the front of the line due to my dashing good looks & charming personality. I like to think it’s the latter of the two.
This location can get busy, due to the location, but as I mentioned earlier, they do good with herding people through. Drinks are made with precision, just like I’d expect from any other Starbucks location.
Overall, the prices are high, but it’s a pain to make a Java Chip at home, so I’ll keep paying them.

Slowest most rudest Starbucks in the brandon area. I ordered some tea and it took 15 minutes for them to make it and there were only 4 people in front of me and no only that but when it was my turn to order the lady just stood there and stared at me for a good 15 seconds and then i said hi and then I proceed with my order. Is it hard to greet your customers? I also bought a Valentines day cup and i asked how much it was and she was like «theres a sign. Right. There.» Ive applied here 7 times and still winder how this place hires slow rude people. Never coming here again.

Easily the slowest Starbucks in Brandon. Don’t plan on less than 10 minutes before you have your coffee, even if it’s an easy cup of black. Doesn’t matter what time or day, it’s always slow. I’ve waited 20 minutes on several occasions.

This location is absolutely bonkers. Waited a pretty long stretch for a tall black coffee. I think they were a barista short or something. Grab coffee BEFORE the mall!

Love Starbucks! Must say that the some of the Baristas at the location near Loft need to learn their menu & pay attention!
