Taco Bell

I love the convenience of Mexican fast food. Taco Bell fits the bill. The employees that worked on my order were great. The food came out fast. I did use the online phone system and got 25% off my order. Bonus! Was at another Mexican place and if I spent the same amount of money at Taco Bell, I’d feed a family of four. And the food tastes better. Way to go Bell. I’ll be back

I have never liked this Taco Bell, but I had a craving for something crunchy tonight… so I pull up and the drive-​thru is wrapped around with an empty parking lot. I park and go inside in hopes to get my food quicker. I’m standing in the lobby with two employees, when one goes behind the register, and takes the other employees order! Not only does this girl not know what she wants, fumbles with change, and spent an entire 5 minutes ordering, but she then proceeds to try and have a conversation with her co-​worker who just took her order immediately after! Didn’t move to the side, and didn’t wait for me to order (which should have happened first anyway). The girl working behind the counter finally says, «let me take her real quick» UH, NO DUH!
I then wait and watch every single car go through the drive-​thru until it is clear and then some before I finally get my burrito. NEVER AGAIN. I should have walked out as soon as I was put second in ordering. Worst service I’ve experienced.
And the burrito… Not heated throughout, mushy, disappointing, and a waste of money. DO NOT GO HERE

They were very nice and the food was made well too. I have been to some Taco Bells where the quality is not the best but this one does good at making the food right. The store is clean and pleasant to be in too.

I’m writing this review because it keeps popping up in my Unilocal app. I know, I know a Taco Bell is a Taco Bell.
This is about as average as they come. If you’re familiar and enjoy eating at TB, you will like this location. It has plenty of parking, easy entrance and exit, and the drive through moves at a regular pace. The food is prepared as expected. If you haven’t eaten at TB, and don’t know what I’m talking about, I’d like to meet you. I’ve never met anyone who lives under a rock.
Sometimes, you just need something quick and easy. I was on the run today, so food through a window suited my needs. I’m sure it will happen again, and again… and again. I do like their Mountain Dew Sangria Blast.
Fellow Elitist, please don’t shun me for this review.

The last two times I went through the drive through, the taco shell for the taco salad tasted like it had been sprayed with cleaner, it was horrible, and tonight the Cinnamon twists tasted the same way, I think I am done with this one, they need to learn how to clean around food products and not spray the products with the cleaning products.

If I could give a half a star I would. Pride in your product is everything. Taco Bell is inconsistent in their food and service. That was my last time visiting this dump. Food was cold and super nasty. I could have done better at ⁷⁄₁₁. Never again!

This Taco Bell is the best. Consistently good food, they know how to and will make hidden menu items. Of course the regular items are just as good.
I must say though the main reason I am writing this review, is that the people that work here are just so upbeat, kind and take customer service to a new level for a fast food restaurant.
Ask for «Shorty», this young lady will make your day. She has made mine every time I go there, for over four years! She never seems to have a bad day and if she was, you would never know it!
Oh and here’s your best secret item ever, beef enchiritos with sour cream. :)

I can honestly say I was impressed with their breakfast…
I ordered the steak and egg crunch wrap. It came with a has brown on the side because they were out of the cinnabun thingies; needless to say I was a little heart broken. But the crunch wrap was really good. It was a layer of a hash brown, eggs, cheese, steak and some sauce that tasted like the sauce on the chicken burrito.
Again I was impressed with Taco Bell’s take on breakfast.

Tonight my husband and I visited the Causeway Blvd, Brandon Florida location. We went thru the drive thru and ordered a mexican pizza, chicken quesadilla, potato burrito, pink lemonade freeze, cookie sandwich and churro. After repeating the order twice, we were told there were no pink lemonade freezes so we declined a drink. When we pulled up to the window we were told they no longer carry the cookie sandwich, really?! Two items that are heavily advertised! So, we paid and got our food. Upon arriving home my quesadilla was so burnt that the cheese was almost gone and the chicken was terribly dry. It was awful. I have never have a problem with this location ever but I am disgusted with the lack of service, availability and quality of the food!
Update: Taco Bell fixed the problem and gave us coupons to try again.

Good tacos when you want eat something fast and junk.

The main issue I have with this place is that my food is made differently depending on when I go inside or drive through. I feel when I go through the drive thru I get a mediocre product. Less toppings and meat, it looks anorexic. The opposite is true when I go inside. The food is mounding out the top of the food. One day I want to order a chalupa through drive thru and then go inside and order the same chalupa and see if they can explain this phenomena.
ut when I got inside the food is fresh and good. The inside is nice and clean.

The Taco Bell giveth and the Taco Bell taketh away. I’m fairly certain this is a real bible passage. For everything TB does right, they tend to screw up and even things out. My trip this afternoon was no exception.
Tried two of the new grillers with a small baja blast (love that stuff). The beefy crunch one was hot and delicious and every bit as good as the beefy crunch burrito that came before it. They really need to bring it back. The spicy chicken griller was pretty bad though. It was cold, which didn’t help, but so drowned in volcano sauce that it still scorched my mouth. I honestly couldn’t taste any chicken, it all felt like sour cream and volcano sauce. Paid the upcharge to add cheese but couldn’t taste it.
All in all, this location looked clean inside and is in a good area, but the service and food is typical of today’s fast food industry. Major hit and miss.

Quick, clean, and polite staff. My order was slightly off, but they fixed it no problem. This is one of the better locations that I’ve been to.

This is the only Taco Bell I go to. I think its clean, and the people are nice. Actually I just came back from it now. lol
Well it does get crowded sometimes, specially at night, they have all the sales I see on TV and the people are nice.
DOUBLE CHECK UR ORDER! (specially if you are doing drive thru) I had to come back a couple of times! But then again, it has happened to all the Taco Bells I’ve been to. (I guess that’s why I do not give them 5stars)
