Great and affordable service. Tommy at the front desk took great care of my care and got me out of there in no time. They did a vehicle inspection and tire rotation free of no charge. And It’s conveniently located to where I work. I will definitely be using Tires Plus for my future vehicle maintenance.

After 2 weeks and another attempt from me to contact Tires Plus via their web site regarding this bad experience, there has been no attempt from Tires Plus to follow-​up with me. They have my contact information and I have provided all requested information they asked for. I finally just emailed them again asking if they want to sweep this under the carpet and not follow just let me know and I will stop pursuing an answer, will post any follow-​up from Tires Plus.

I bought some new tires in 2011 and got an alignment. 2012 the rear left tire busted. I took it back to tire plus to get them to file the manufactures warranty so they could pay for new tires. They told me it was my fault for not getting another alignment six months later/​keeping my car properly aligned. I never had to get my car aligned every six months in the past! I ended up having to buy 2 new tires again and realigning my car! If you have time and money to waist, go to tire plus

This place has horrible customer service. I purchased a tire from them on Saturday, on the following Monday my flat tire warning comes on and I took it into BMW and they told me the pressure was lower on the new tire so they put air in it and recalibrated it. Everything was fine and then yesterday (Thursday) my tire pressure warning comes back on so I am at tires plus telling the lady and she tries to tell me BMW didn’t recalibrate it and my other tires pressure is off! I called BMW and they told her the tire they put on had low pressure Monday and they did recalibrate it. She is now having the techs look at my car! Seriously this place is ridiculous! Some advice, don’t waste your time buying tires here bc it’ll be more of a hassle coming back here when something is wrong.

These guys are nothing better than changing the oil. They never finish what they start because they always claim that their equipment is broken. When they do the work they take forever and the truck is left a mess inside. I used to be a mechanic so my standards are high, but fair.
