Our cashier took our order promptly, correctly, and courteously. Unfortunately, the remainder of the staff were far more interested in something on the laptop they had behind the counter than fulfilling orders. They grudgingly did take a few minutes away from the screen but they made our order incorrectly and, when the cashier attempted to have it corrected, they were back on the computer and completely ignored her. When we finally did receive our food, it was hot and reasonably fresh. The only issue was my companion’s Frosty, which had not been properly frozen and was very runny. Oh, and when I did get a chance to see what was so enthralling on the computer, it was a Wendy’s corporate training quiz on customer service and order fulfillment. I wonder what their grade was?

This location has terrible service. I hope they read these reviews and work on it. I live nearby and I love wendys for a quick meal but the service makes me just keep driving by. Nobody got time for that!

Horrible. The dirtiest and worst Wendy’s I have ever been at. Wife found a hair in her fries and they were assholes about it. Order was wrong and took forever to get it right. Bad restaurant. Will never go there again. Stay away.
