«Company Policy» I came in for happy hour at 10 to only find out they wouldn’t accept my Missouri Licensed ID. This is extremely frustrating considering: 1. I am from Branson. 2. I have more than one form of identification with me. The manager claims it is against company policy to accept state issued IDs in the paper form. I just can’t believe they would deny a local with multiple forms of identification for an alcohol sale. Not to mention the steak and shrimp I was going to order as well. And possibly a dessert. But it’s fine. I found old Chicago has an amazing happy hour! Good luck!

Never again will we even try to go to this location. After waiting 8 minutes to even be spoken to or greeted by anyone the first thing I am told by the hostess is that he has to seat the table of six that walked in about 4 minutes after us, a party of two in a half empty restaurant. Nope. Not doing that. Walked out and won’t be back. Maybe if someone had greeted us properly when walking in but after waiting to be seated and hearing that they won’t be getting my business.

Our server was great. Food took to long. Food taste horrible. Female Manager looked like she just rolled out of bed failing to check on our table or even walk by to ask us how our overcooked. burnt wontons were tasting… I love going to Applebee’s for late night happy hour and cocktails back home… but this place sure did ruin it for me. I will be spending my hard earned money elsewhere.

We were seated quickly. Most of the crowds were gone. It was a good time for a later dinner. We ordered the cedar plank salmon. The portion was very small. I was disappointed in the potatoes. The potatoes were bland. The smokey flavor of the salmon was good. The service was good. The rice with cranberries and quinoa was good with the chicken. It was a good experience overall.

Waited at door several minutes to be seated while no one seems to notice us. Ordered spinach dip for appetizer. It didn’t come with enough chips and we got crumbs. Waited forever for our main course and was never asked for refills for our drinks. Our waitress was more occupied with the people at the bar even though it wasn’t busy at all. I wanted a salad with my steak instead of the«seasonal veggies» which were not cooked enough and were crunchy, but just to add a side salad was way overpriced at 3.49. Never asked for refills during meal until we were ready to leave. Then took forever to get the check. Had to ask another server for it. Only my 2nd time eating here and my parents first time. I would not go back based on this experience. I did complain and instead of emailing me they called but I work overnights and sleep days and they never tried to contact me again. So many better places to eat than here.

Service was on the verge of awful. Got the brisket nachos and it was pretty much salt and tortilla chips with a couple jalapeños. Then me and my friend got endless wings, which were alright. But I ordered ranch with them and my friend got blue cheese and I honestly can’t tell what this sauce is, but it doesn’t taste like either of the two. Needs better service and more toppings on the nachos and actual ranch for the wings. So I gave this bitch two stars

Yesterday I tried calling to make a to-go order here and my experience was terrible. I live about 20 minutes away from the restaurant and as soon as I get in my car to head that way I call(don’t worry, I wasn’t driving while talking on my phone. My husband was driving). I let the hostess know I need to make an order, so she transfers me to who can take the order. I sit on hold for a very long time, and no one ever answers. So I hang up to call again. I call and inform the hostess that I called a while ago to make an order but that nobody answered after she transferred me. She just tells me to wait a minute and transfers me again. I sit on hold again for over 8 minutes and then someone picks up the phone and hangs up on me. By that time we were at the restaurant. I go in and it was not busy(so I couldn’t understand why they didn’t even have time to take my order). It took quite a while for the hostess to seat us, but it took even longer for anyone to even come take our order. At that point I’d had enough. When we were finally approached to have our order taken I requested to see who was in charge. The lady(I’m assuming a manager) was not helpful at all and offered us nothing to fix the situation even after I showed her my call log proving how long I sat on the phone waiting on them. So I walked out without making an order, and I don’t plan on walking back in that place. My business will be taken elsewhere.

Made the mistake of taking my husband here for his birthday. The food was the frozen kind you always see the chefs on shows like Kitchen Nightmares. I am almost certain they use the same chicken strips as Sonic but for twice the price. The kids meals were so small my hamster would still be hungry but that’s not even the worst part! My husband ordered the three cheese penne. It was a bowl of pasta with only 4oz of chicken on it. To put this is in perspective the kids menu list 4oz proteins on their menu. My husband asked if there was a way to get a little more chicken. Our waiter got the manager, Anne(who we had not asked for), and she came over and proceeds to berate us because 4oz should be enough for us to be happy. She did ask us if he wanted something else but she was so angry we were afraid to order anything else for fear of what she would do to it. We contacted corporate online and requested to speak with someone there. The following day we get a call from Anne, who we had specified we did not want to talk to. She left a very angry voice mail on my husband’s phone where she again berated him for asking for more chicken as well as how dare he contact corporate. The sad part is we would have gladly paid a little extra to have a full chicken breast for his bland and nasty pasta.

I am disappointed. After years of avoiding Applebee’s, I tried one in Kansas City and had a pleasant experience, so I thought I would try this one. Not only was the service poor, but the food was mediocre at best. The«spicy» chopped chicken salad I ordered was actually so sweet that I couldn’t finish it, and the pretzels and beer cheese dip had slightly burned pretzels and the dip was not the same as I had at the Kansas City location. Applebee’s is now back on my no go list.

Good venue. In Branson for one night, Patriots v Packers on TV Tried a 2 for $ 25 special. Good value. Service was good, maybe over attended due to small occupancy. Recommended.

It amazes me how an employee can stand by some of his friends and literally do nothing but talk to them for 38 minutes straight before going back to work. If there is a manager on duty they should probably get off their ass and come help people who have been sitting here for 40 minutes without any service! This is crazy. I’ve been helped but there are several people around me waiting and asking for help and it’s gotten them no where

Had dinner first night food was good. Service was just ok. Went to the bar the next night to sit down to a dirty area. Had to ask bar tender if she had a towel. She did a half ass wipe. Then said she would be with us in a few as she told other employees her issues. Finally after about ten minutes we get a pitcher of beer. After we finished our pitcher We finally asked for a mojito since even the manager didn’t check to see if we were ok as she washed dishes in front of us. The mojito was way too sour and made my husband sick. Shame how two parts of the place could be so different! Will not go back to That Applebee’s!

The food was great and our server, David, was second to none. If we are ever back in Branson we will eat at Applebees for sure. Not sure why this one is better, but it is.

We went to Applebee’s after a show one night to get some half price appetizers. Branson pretty much closes down at night… so we were happy to see that Applebees was open. We ordered Sweet and Spicy boneless wings, Honey BBQ regular wings, and Mozzarella Sticks. Everything was hot and fresh and really tasty! Our waitress was nice and kept our drinks refilled. A good way to get a cheap meal in after a show!

so this place was def the best applebees ive ever been to there is. theres this really really smokin hostess there like seriously o.m.g her name is jessica and i instantly fell in love with the place because of her food was good and so were the drinks. i will go here again and again simply amazing
