Denny’s

We have had bad luck listening to reviews and staying off the beaten path. So we headed to a tried and true chain restaurant for a late breakfast. Excellent service. Good food. Too bad the local places can’t get it together.

The service was great Jessica didn’t amazing job as always especially with dealing with after show guests they were on top of their A game better than Olive garden in my opinion Service and food were great!

food came out fast… but maybe to fast my food wasn’t cooked all the way.

Wow! Breakfast was great and still the best coffee in town. Our wait staff was a people pleaser and fill my coffee cup every time I looked up. You can count on a tasty meal at Denney’s.

Service was quick. Staff was friendly. A little too friendly! Lol. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when there is constantly someone standing there telling you childhood stories! Haha. And they didn’t have blueberry syrup??? What the heck?! Denny’s, you need to reconsider this immediately!!! Lol. Overall, pretty great meal.

This is the WORST Denny’s I have ever visited. It took over an hour to get 2 sandwiches and a kid’s pizza. The place was less than half full and no excuse was given for the excessive wait. Meanwhile I noticed how dirty the restaurant was, how the servers looked unwashed and unfortunate, and people working in the kitchen were not wearing hairnets. Keep on driving to another restaurant.

It was not the best experience… the waiter was a little weird. Nice, but weird and made the rest of the breakfast a little odd. The food was alright, hard for them to screw up eggs and everything was ok and came out alright. Had some super annoying people behind us playing videos at full volume on their phone. I know that isn’t Denny’s fault, but it just was not pleasant. If you just want a quick meal this is probably a good bet, but it inst anything to write a rave review about.

Great Food. Great service. Great for late night meal after you have missed the other restaurants. You can have any thing from breakfast to dinner at any time.!!

Worst chicken fried steak and eggs I’ve had in any Denny’s. Not too busy however the service is slow.

I wish I would have taken a picture of this place. The inside has been totally redone and it looks great! I really enjoyed the big windows and open floor plan.
We were seated right away and the waitress was very polite. It’s a standard Denny’s menu and everything was good to perfection. Dang. even the coffee was good on the rainy day.
I gave this 5-​stars because we found it rather difficult to find a great reliable place on Unilocal in Branson. There were reviews across the board and many establishments «on the strip» looked worn down. Don’t get me wrong, I love a great dive, but when you just want something yummy to eat and a good cup o’ joe. step on into this Denny’s. You can’t go wrong.

Kudos for no smoke (IHop was terrible). I ate here for my 2am lunch while working three nights in a row in Branson recently. Friendly and fast service and a quiet and relaxing experience overall. More kudos for the refills on my hot chocolate (which IHop does not do btw)!

Slow slow slow service. Horribly over priced for the quality of food. A definite no-​go.

It’s a Denny’s, so I wasn’t expecting much. The service wasn’t that great, the place was dirty, and the food wasn’t anything special. If you can avoid going, you aren’t missing much. I had my wife and child with me and we didn’t really save a lot of money like we thought we would.

I was in Branson, and while in Branson I like to people watch. What better place to «people watch» at midnight than Denny’s.
I walked in and immediately saw some of the actors from a local show, some «local yokel» residents and a few of Branson’s finest sitting down for a meal. It was a good time to be there.
I ordered food, which is just like any other Denny’s, nothing special.
The service was fast and friendly.
I fulfilled my people watching duties and left with a full stomach. It was a victory. Haha!

… Bland tasting food and slow service.

Service was very slow. The food quality seemed to be slightly below what I get at my local Denny’s. The restaurant was dirty and when we informed the server that the menu was sticking together (syrup?), she said she would get it cleaned off, but just put it back with the rest of them.
When the server asked if we needed anything, she said it as she walked passed our table and was out of ear range by the time we responded to ask for a refill.
If management is reading this review, I highly encourage them to put more emphasis on restaurant cleanliness.

this review is for the waitress and not the food cause face it a denny’s is a denny’s and nothing will change that the waitress was pretty slow and not very professional spilt coffee on the table always had to be waiting and it was not busy at all the food didnt didnt take long im just saying the waitress did and i dont like that i understand when its busy but not when im your 1 of 2 table come on now

This is the filthiest Denny’s I have seen in many years, and it reeks of smoke regardless of the section you are in. The wait staff is old school all the way and seem to have a regular clientele of locals with constant verbal sparring going on, but they reserve their manners for the tourists (fine with me, they were really nice to us). The food, however, is good. Hot, fresh, typical Denny’s fare but tasty, with special orders handled properly. I’ve never had problems with hair, plastic, or other foreign debris in my food at this Denny’s (I believe those who have, but we have not experienced this). I did notice the prices are somewhat higher at this Denny’s than in other areas, perhaps it is the Branson/​tourist thing. In Joplin, MO just down the highway my favorite wrap is $ 4.99 and at the Branson location it was $ 6.79 I believe.
