IHOP

Service was good but over easy eggs should not have more runny whites than runny yellow. The whole eggs were jiggly, and when I cut into the white, uncooked white oozed all over the plate into the hash browns. My wife’s and father-in-law’s were the same way.
Fortunately they did make it right but I wasn’t able to enjoy the meal together as I would have liked.

I’d give this restaurant 0 stars if possible. My family and I came in here after a fantastic night and waited for almost two hours to be served our food. we called the manager over and politely asked about our food. He told us that he actually told his waitress to not seat us.
Needless to say, we walked out and didn’t receive shit.
I’ve never had this kind of experience in my home state and that’s saying a lot because I go to IHOP often.
If you’re going to work in the hospitality industry, at least have some damn hospitality.
The manager was rude and the restaurant was unclean – tables were sticky and there were dead flies on them.

Horrible!!! Should have known when we pulled in at 6:30 on a Saturday night and the parking lot was half full that we shouldn’t eat here. Waited 30 min to place our order and an hour after that to get cold food and no spoons, seriously who runs out of freaking spoons! And then had to have someone else track down our server so we could get a ticket to pay. STAY AWAY from here because the management didn’t have anything to say when they asked how it was. I love ihop but this was the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

We were a group of six that was accommodated pretty quickly. Our server was polite and prompt. The order was correct and the food was good. This is the best experience I’ve had at an ihop in years. The kids were overall happy with their food. We would try this place again if in the mood!

The food an service were good. They were so busy but the Manager Mike Bell was so fantastic. He paid close attention to everybody an made us feel wanted an cared about our visit with them. We were seated in no time an he also checked on us every so often. He is a great Manager for that Location. !!!

Good experience for lunch. Kids liked their pancakes a lot. All of the food was good and service was friendly. Restaurant was full, but food came out quickly. Would stop here again.

This IHOP had the worst service ever. We waited over ½ hour for our food and watched those who were seated long after us receive theirs. We brought this to the attention of our waitress and it still took another 15 minutes to receive our food. Our bill came and we asked to speak to a manager. The manager refused to speak to us. We waited another 15 min them finally got in line at the counter to pay even though our waitress had taken our bill. The manager, who never bothered to see us or apologize for this mishap, took a whooping 15% off our bill. My husband and I were trying to make a show and had to eat our food so fast it made us nauseous.

I had an excellent breakfast this morning. Hot pancakes with hot syrup and hot chocolate. I was really impressed when I got syrup in an actual syrup pitcher. I hate it when they bring you syrup in little bowls. In addition, my server, Larita was very pleasant, courteous, and prompt. She was also very conscious of the cleanliness of the table which I really appreciated. Couldn’t have asked for more.

I wouldn’t come here, but my parents insist on coming here our last morning in Branson for a send-​off. The food is OK, plenty of variety, but it is always busy and loud and doensn’t feel that clean. We had a lot of server issues this time. Because there were 8 of us we split into 2 tables of 4. My table had a decent server, and the other table… the server didn’t bring their food out, didn’t bring their food out, we were halfway through our meal and finally had our server check on the status of the other table’s food. The ticket had been lost, and their server never even came to update his table. Finally he brought out two plates… the last two to finally come out 5 minutes after the first two were for the two 8-​year-​olds who had to wait and wait while all the adults were served. Then the server never brought them anything that he was asked for, like ketchup, syrup, water refills, they had to rely on my server. Finally he refilled one of the kids milks and said it was complimentary «for all our trouble». My sister had a chat with the manager about her table’s service when we were finished, and the manager agreed that the situation was handled poorly and took 25% off the bill. But, if we go back to Branson, I’m going to see if Mom and Dad would agree to a better breakfast place!

Went here for a Father’s Day breakfast with my wife. 3 tables sat down after us and were given their drink order and received their drink order, but still no one ever came by. After 8 min. We left. Went up the street to Belgian Waffle House. The service there was quick and friendly. I guess «INOT» doesn’t need our business. Don’t eat here if you want good service!!! I will not beg a restaurant to take my money!

I recently worked three 12-​hour night shifts in Branson and was trying to decide between IHop and Denny’s for my 2am lunch. I usually prefer IHop over Denny’s so I decided to go with my instinct the first night. Oops, what a major mistake. I walked in the door and, immediately after smelling the smoke and seeing the smokers in the cozy little «section», walked right out the door and headed to Denny’s. Enough said! :-)

The breakfast food here is okay. we arrived for lunch and the food other than breakfast was bad!!! Salads were bland, iceberg lettuce with not much else, sandwiches were composed of weird food. The picture menu looks so much better than the food taste.
Sorry I’m from Chicago were we have excellent food!!!

If the parking lot is full, drive on by. These people are totally incapable of managing heavy traffic and keeping waiting patrons in sequence. A quoted 10 minute wait will be 45 minutes with same size groups arriving after you being seated first. This happens due to odd rotation of people managing the waiting list. Worse, if you point out the error, they simply don’t care. A long wait for mediocre food isn’t worth it.

Food is good. Prices are decent. Our waitress was great. But one waitress was sitting with friends chatting loudly (not on a break) & another, also not on break, kept sitting down with his friend and stealing fries off her plate! Glad we didn’t have them. We had 0 wait time… It was midnight though…

This Ihop would be good to eat at if I could get through the doors without stepping on feet. I was in Branson for about 3 days. Every day I tried to eat at this Ihop and there was a minimum 45 minute wait. UH NO. Then again we had four people eating. The girls at the desk were really nice none-​the-​less. If the parking lot is full then safely assume you will have a massive wait.
