We came here for lunch and was impressive with the layout. The one where we live is small and dark. We ordered the sampler which was a perfect sharing food. The onion rings are incredible!!! The service was great!

Ordered a beer at the bar and took it out to the patio. We wanted to enjoy the beautiful day. Their patio overlooks the water and the zipline experience. So, it was a good setting. However, after ordering our beer at the bar, nobody came out to check if we needed another, needed food, etc. It was ~3:30pm on a Monday, so there was almost nobody there. I’d go for the scenery, but don’t expect great service.

I’ve been to BWW twice in Branson. The second time my server called family services on me. She got my name off my debit card. My toddler has a bad skin condition on his ear. She told family services I burned his ear with a lighter. Never going back!

The good, the bad, and the ugly. We came here to watch a few football games and eat lunch. The good, they were accommodating on getting your game on the TV needed. The food was good as usual. That’s about all the good that came out of this place. The bad, we sat down in the bar area for over 10 minutes and was not even helped. Place was not even a ¼ full. We moved to the bar for service. Was served right away because there was only 3 other people sitting at the bar. The ugly, the bartender could at least acted like she cared to be working or even had a job. No smile, no interest in customers. No nothing. Trust me, I read the previous reviews and because its Branson, there’s no accountability. We visit here twice a year, and this will be our only stop at this BWW. Let me just to this review. My wife showed up about 1 ½ hours later from shopping on the landing and after a while, she moved to a table to try to get served. We stayed at the bar. No smile bartender left for a while but after her return 5 minutes later we hailed her down to get an order in. Total Bar Tab for 3 $ 75

Buffalo Wild Wings Branson Landing. Branson MO. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings ever!!! Been to a few. Went on a Sunday straight up noon. Place was ¼ full. Which should of told me something. But anyway was wanting to see my Chiefs play. 3 gals at front desk BSing with one another like we didn’t walk in yet. Finally took us to the middle of the Freakn room tables. Wife ask if we could be near a TV with Chiefs on it and a booth. You would of thought we ask for a private party. Took us to a booth where the Falcons were above our heads on the TV. Chiefs game 3 TVs away. I’m sure that was on purpose. After seating us. Said she would be right back for drink order. 20 min. No kidding. She came back telling how busy they were. Ordered a beer and water. But after this 20 min. Wait. I unloaded. Said this is the poorest excuse for B Wild Wings Iv ever been in. Got up and told the 3 standing at the front. You guys and your manager are a joke. Went to a bar called Garfield. Great food Chiefs game right in front of us. Plus Rams. Which is cool also. Don’t waste your time on sloppy ass sauce coated wings in this place.

Called around to a bunch of sports bars in Branson to see if any would be showing the UFC fights. Only BW3 said they’d have it on… never came on. The manager said it was a corporate decision. Sounded like a poor excuse to me. Anyway, we made the best of it. Had a few beverages, which were nice and cold. Had the Mango Habenero and Asian Zing boneless wings. Even got two of the guys to try a Ghost Pepper wing, I’m glad I didn’t!

A buddy and I went here to check it out. We were seated quickly, and the server was very friendly. There were no drink specials, which was frustrating, so we each only ended up having one drink. We each ordered two different flavors of wings. The wings came out within 15 minutes or so, but mine just weren’t very hot. They were also pretty dry and not terribly flavorful. For this being a wings restaurant, I would have expected much better. I will say that the environment is excellent. It feels very open and inviting, and there are lots of TV’s. Lastly, the prices were way too high for my budget. My buddy and I discussed that we would likely not be coming back, since the wings weren’t that great, and the prices were way too high.

My first time eating at this restaurant. It was very hot out with the heat index around 100 degrees. We were seated quickly and the waitress was fast getting our drink order. The drinks were slow to arrive. We asked for a large order of wings, half plain and half with the garlic & parmesan sauce. We also ordered some fried mushrooms. A guy delivered the wings to our table but they weren’t ½ and ½ as ordered. We told him that they were wrong so he said he would tell our server. Our server came by and said she would let the kitchen know. She left and came right back saying that she needed to take the wings back to show the kitchen. The wings were taken to the kitchen and returned within a couple of minutes. While I appreciate that they returned the entire order of wings, they weren’t that hot since they had traveled from the kitchen to our table, back to the kitchen for some«Show and Tell» and then back to our table again. The sauce was really good as was the food quality. A few minutes later our mushrooms arrived. They were nice and hot. It took about 15 minutes to get a glass of water when I asked for it. I don’t think it’s reasonable to make someone wait 15 minutes for a glass of water at any time, but when it’s 100 degrees outside? It also took about 15 minutes for a cherry limeade refill. It was taking so long that the server came by to reassure me that the bartender was working on it. I guess he was a bit in the weeds with the one customer he had sitting at the bar. In all fairness, maybe he was doing other tasks or preparing drinks for people on the other side of the restaurant that I couldn’t see. Overall, food quality was very good, accuracy of order was not good, and timeliness of drink refills was poor. The server was very nice but may have been a bit overwhelmed with a couple of large tables she was waiting on. With so many great restaurants around I doubt that I will give Buffalo Wild Wings a second try.

Restaurants at The Landing are not exactly known for their service… but our experience here was just over the top BAD. We walked in and got a table right away, but everything else took forever! We waited 30 minutes for our server to take our order. My husband and daughter sat with their drinks empty for over 15 minutes. An hour after we arrived… we still didn’t have our order. We would have left, but we were starving and figured the wait would be shorter than waiting for a table at another place. They were not even busy! 6pm on a Friday night! Our food finally came and ½ of the large order of wings my husband and I shared was fine… the other half was the dry rub and it had no flavor at all. It tasted like plain chicken nuggets. My child’s kids meal tasted freezer burnt… and our drinks say empty for another 15 – 20 minutes while we were waiting for our check. I finally had to get up and go talk to someone, before I said something I would regret later. So I went to the hostess stand and they literally pointed to the manager and made me go up to him on my own… I feel like they should have walked me over to him and did some sort of introduction… but that is just me being from the Ozarks. The manager totally took care of us and apologized… so that was nice. We will still probably never go back.

We went to this establishment today on 06/21/2015, and we had a party of 9, 4 adults and 5 kids. Where do I begin??? It took about 20 minutes to even get seated, then another 20 minutes once seated to get drink orders placed. Once food order was finally placed, it took over an hour to get our food, and the business was steady, NOT busy. We had to refill our own drinks(soda’s) multiple times ourselves, and we ordered a BIGJACKDADDY burger, and once we got it, it was cold, YES, we could have replaced it immediately, but we did not want to wait another 20 – 40 minutes to have it replaced. We got our bill and it totaled $ 126.31, we had them comp several things which brought the total down to $ 91 and some change; because the service was that horrible. We spoke to the assistant manager, and she too was very rude and unprofessional, blaming us for the service. We took the party, which never been to BWW before tonight ever, and they said directly they will never return to this business for how the service was treated. We have realistic exceptions on what service needs to be, and those needs was NOT met at all. The manager, said to us directly because we have been there before and they have to comp, and there«good servers» do not want to wait on us, I said to her, what service, when it takes over a half an hour to get drinks there is a problem, and we have to refill our own drinks, and also food over an hour. That is a problem. We will be boycotting this business, and will be telling others about our experience. We have been there before, and yes one time we had GREAT service, and I personally tipped the server $ 50 on a $ 20 order, that is because the service was incredible. I have no problem rewarding for great service. I could run this business 100 times better, than its current ran. I have manager experience, hospitality experience and restaurant experience. I told the manager that, and she was like GOODLUCK finding good quality servers in BRANSON. Her words quoted exactly. Service here, as majorly gone down hill since there grand opening. WEWILLNOTBERETURNINGTOTHEBRANSONLOCATION, EVER. If we want a sports bar atmosphere we will go to either TIMEOUT, which is in Branson, or we will go to Crazy Craig’s Cheeky Monkey, where we know the service that we require will be impeccable. On a separate incident Tina, and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings about 3 months ago on the Branson Landing, and ate dinner. The next day, we both been burping up smelly gas that smelled like rotten eggs. Tina went to urgent care, and they said, «Food Bourne Bacteria» We called Buffalo wild wings, just to let them know, NOT complain, and they sounded as we was full of crap, and said Health Department been though, and they passed. Mind you we have not eaten anything since last night; because we have NOT felt the greatest. We hope this was just an isolated incident. We never mentioned Health Department to them, so why bring it up? We may just bring a copy of urgent care to them, so they can see that we are not lying. I do not think this establishment knows how to run a proper business, and based on what I am reading on other reviews I would say my argument is correct. Horrible service. We came in on a Tuesday at six. We sat at the bar and it took the bartender over 15 minutes to just get our 2 beers and then we waited over 35 minutes for our food. Do not come unless you want to waste time

I now understand the past ratings. New restaurants always have a learning period and that must be the reason for the others reviews. Ulysses, one of the managers did a table visit and said this location just opened in Jan of this year. We were greeted promptly and sat immediately. We came specifically to watch the Thunder play and Denys, our server, moved our table just so we could get a better view of the TV. We ordered fried pickles to start and they were delivered within 10 minutes. Service was fast and friendly and the wings were just as awesome as we are used to from our OKC locations. We love Branson and will definitely be back to BWW on the landing. Oh! And bonus… Great patio over looking the river and prime seats to watch the adventurous tourists take on the zip line. Please don’t let the past reviews stop you from coming here.

Horrible. Horrible service. Horrible music. Probably the worst BWW’s I’ve ever been to. Not kidding. We went in at 8:20pm sat unattended for 12 full minutes while they cleaned around us and we were forced to listen to horrible rap music that vibrated our booth. I ordered a beer they were out of… it just went on from here. I will never go back.
