The Upper Deck Grille

The mac n cheese and chicken strip were awesome. I saw other reviews and pics and decided to come here during my stay. My husband ordered the fettuccine and said it was good. I checked in on the Unilocal ap and showed it to our waiter and got a 15% discount. We are here for their first night of karaōke. I’m excited to hear the talent.

Loving this place! We are in town for a wedding, tried to stop at a Mexican place it was closed so we decided to come here! Great choice the food is amazing as is the service great vibe! Very glad the Mexican place was closed!

Cold fries, orders came out incorrectly, bland food, dry over cooked burgers, took a long time to get the food, cheap out of a jug salsa. Sauces are not home made, from a jar, extra charge for sauces.
Overall, not a good dining experience. Especially after spending $ 78.00 for two adults and 4 kids.
Bummer. :(

We’re in town for the holiday and wanted to grab a good lunch AND watch the game. The food was very good, but the service was a little lacking. Overall, still a great experience.

Husband and I was looking for a bar to catch a college football game that wasn’t taking place (husband got the date wrong). I called and no one picked up — figured they were closed. Kevin, the owner actually called me back an hour later because he saw the missed call.
Showed up, Kevin tried to help us find the game that wasn’t happening. Ended up simply enjoying beers and the atmosphere. They had some local beers from Springfield, MO that I’ve never had and I loved the grapefruit beer Kevin recommended.
There’s an old school Nintendo hooked up for us to play with and the back room has two pool tables and a skeeball game in the back (earn over 500 points for a free appetizer!).
I wish I was hungry enough to try their food but I’ll stop by next time I come to Branson.

Ordered the country fried steak, mashed potatoes and mac n cheese. Which usually an easy meal to satisfy a hungry customer who misses a home-​cooked meal. Wrong. The country fried steak had no flavor, the mashed potatoes were actually good but the mac n cheese was terrible, watery and flavorless. Never going back.

Food was tasty, many original creations for drinks. The prices are outstanding. I often don’t desire to return for another visit to places when vacationing but I will be back tomorrow. Alex is outstanding, exceptionally creative. Didn’t see a menu listing these creations. You just have to ask!!! You can order from ½ portions menu if it to hungry.

Custom unique cocktails – just ask Alex! Patty melt was great! My husband favored the waffle fries.

Cool sporting paraphernalia and memorabilia (kind of cheesy décor) Went for lunch and it was not very busy which was nice. There was only one waiter for everybody in the restaurant which could have been problematic if it were any busier than it was. They had some interesting combinations like bacon peanut butter cheese burgers, I was too chicken to try it but the waiter said it was a very popular menu item. So I opted for the smoky BBQ cheeseburger. It was average nothing to write home about or remember for the future however it hit the spot.

My guy and I were searching for a good sports bar to catch part of the game and have dinner and a drink. This place IS IT! Find it. Go there. Eat!
So delicious! I had a loaded mashed potato burger. It was as good as it sounds. I won’t be getting on the scale this week, but holy crap!
He had their wings, and WOW!
Fresh cut fries. SUPER friendly and efficient service.
Skip ‘Time Out,’ and come in here for some GREAT stuff!

Stopped in for a late night meal after attending the production show «Jonah» at the Sight and Sound theatre. Being after 10pm I knew that options would be limited regarding open restaurants near the theatre. As always I seek my always available Unilocal App and use filters for something open near me. This comes up as the 2^nd on the list and since they were listed with 4+ stars I took a look. I liked what was posted on Unilocal so I decide to head over to The Upper Deck Grille.
This Bar is in The Branson Meadow Mall on Gretna. I drove in about 10 pm and luckily it is easier to determine the open establishments due to the parked cars near by. We walk up and the place looks a bit dark. I am greeted by a woman with a red team jersey (don’t recall team) and ask if they are still open. She replies «Of course!» and promptly seats us asks for a drink order and provides menus. The service provided here was as one would expect anywhere; attentive, friendly and timely. The walls are adorned with pennants from NFL and MLB teams with flat screen televisions spread out strategically throughout the room. There was some 80’s rock playing as we arrived and that same theme played for the duration of our visit. Mens restroom was bright, clean and clean smelling, tidy and well provided.
Reading the menu I am enticed by a few of the menu items so I again head to Unilocal to see what is posted and to «check in» on my phone Unilocal app. Upon check in at the Upper Deck Grille, I get a coupon for 15% off entire bill!!! YEE HAW!!! I then learn that one review from Melissa C. commented on the Peanut Butter Bacon Burger as well cooked, creative and tasty. I also liked the menu descriptions of that burger which led me to further investigation, it sounded intriguing and curiously I wanted to try it.
So… the burgers get one side order added to dish and the main meals get 2. We order a rib steak with salad and sweet potato waffle fries and said Peanut Butter Bacon Burger with the sweet potato waffle fries. The rib steak was advertised as a 10 ounce hand cut portion, it possibly was, but sans a scale we just expected that was what was provided. The steak was not bad although it looked rather thin for a steak. Flavor was real and full of BEEF! Juicy, tender with a sweet teriyaki flavor. Not much more that can be added onto that for meat lovers.
My Peanut Butter Bacon Burger was interestingly tantalizing to the taste buds! The burger was flavorful, thick and juicy, cooked to my satisfaction (about a medium well, and also full of BEEF!) with creamy peanut butter slathered over the top of the burger with 3 pieces of bacon draped over the peanut butter, All served on a toasted Ciabatta roll. My Goodness! THAT was well worth the visit. Our waitress commented that it is one of their more popular menu items, and I believe that because I REALLY liked it! The burger I’d say was near ¹⁄₃ pound or even more since it was so filling. I finished that burger lickity split and since it offered a fulfilling satisfying late night craving, I slept very good!
There looked to be a live music band there that was packing up while we awaited our meals, but we did not get a chance to hear their passions. Perhaps if you are looking for some live music you should call ahead to see if there is a band playing and head to UPPER DECK GRILLE and get your own experience of a PEANUT BUTTER BACON BURGER!!!
As a little surprise parting treat, upon clearing the bill, we got 2 twizzlers with the receipt. A nice addition to end our visit to the Upper Deck Grille. An experience I will certainly return to enjoy when again in the area.

First, the service we received was exceptional. Staff is friendly and attentive. Then, the food! The food is incredible. I wondered how bar food could stand apart, but now I understand the rave reviews. The burgers were SO GOOD! Homemade potato chips… YUM! And my kids grilled cheeses were gone in a matter of minutes. Will definitely be back!

I had the peanut butter burger and the hubby had the mashed potato. Both were well cooked, creative and tasty. You can get a patty melt or cheese burger anywhere but these are different and worth the visit. Served on a toasted ciabatta roll and not a boring bun. The Mac and cheese side was a little blah but the okra was crunchy and good. I like my bottles cold and it was served in a thermal sleeve without even asking for one. And they threw in red twizzlers for dessert.

We visited Branson and searched Unilocal for off the strip places to dine. After reviewing the reviews we knew we would not be disappointed at the Upper Deck.
We will go back the next time we visit Branson. The burgers are awesome.

The atmosphere is casual but the food is not. It is so delicious. We split the nachos and they were very good. The chili on them is amazing. We also had the duck wings. OMG they were heaven on a bone. The skin was crispy and the meat was perfectly cooked. I recommend that whatever you order, you should also gave some of these wings to go with them. You will not regret it!

Great food, great people, great atmosphere. We were in town for a baseball tourney and stumbled upon this gem. A must, different style than most in Branson.

Really really good food here. I like the chili burger so much I dream about I while I’m at work.
