We ate at Red Lobster in Branson last night and overall it was a good experience. I had the trout which was excellent. Our exchange son from Thailand had the shrimp trio. He said it reminded him of home and the shrimp was very fresh. My wife had the bacon cheddar soup. She was disappointed because the soup was from a can. Our server, Josh, very more than excellent. He had a distinctive deep voice and was very personable. It was a joy to visit with him. Overall, our dining experience was good but we will not be ordering the soup on our next visit.

Had an excellent experience. It was shrimpfest, and all the Shrimp was excellent, and we tried them all except for one. Service was excellent also.

Seated in about 20. It wasn’t to crowded. Service okay. They got my order wrong but the management /​Chef was very accommodating. They allowed me to keep the wrong order and gave me the correct order at no charge.

Well we were seated quickly but out food so taking sooooo terribly long we sat an the because before us had left that quickly this is terrible this is poor restaurant very then no air conditioner wow

The service was terrible, and the food as well. We were kept waiting 30 minutes after being told our food was done they were just waiting on one dish. The food came out cold and with dried out noodles. The seafood in the stuffed mushrooms tasted chewy and old. The waitress was kind of rude to us and told us she didn’t want to be working that night. The biscuits were the only good thing about the visit. Then they were using the push vacuum under our table while we were still there, when we would have already left if our food had come out in a timely fashion. If you want good food and/​or good service we had better of both at Denny’s.

Dinner was at Red Lobster tonight. Salads were great, really fresh and cold. We had the shrimp trio for an appetizer. It was exceptionally good. The coconut shrimp and the shrimp stuffed mushrooms were so hot we had to let them cool down. The shrimp cocktail was perfectly chilled and impeccably cleaned. Both entrées were great except the green beans. The green beans were terrible, stringy and rubbery. Did not eat them. Lawson was our server and the service was just barely acceptable. He ignored me and only addressed my husband. He didn’t refill my drink until my husband asked him. He could definitely work on his people skills.

Restaurant smelt «fishy» as soon as we walked through the door. Waiter kept forgetting things we asked for. Walts shrimp and popcorn shrimp was all over cooked. Tea had a funny taste. Was NOT the typical Red Lobster food or service we are use to.

… the shrimp and flounder was soggy, the cocktail wasn’t made right, it took 39 minutes to receive our food. Was disappointed :-(

Typical chain restaurant, some days are good and some days are bad. Most of my visits have been plesant. Food and service was good. I’d stay away during weekends just because of the wait (tourist).

Thought we’d try this one in Branson and see if it was as good as the one near home. To start off with our waiter is a little to «always there in your face». Told him to come back when the menus are closed. This guy kept coming back like a bad penny. Then the ass kissing ramped up a notch or two. If this continued much longer I wouldn’t have to wipe my ass fo a week. The food was salty as all get out. Repairs were going on for some reason that was loud. This work should have been done during the closed hours and not during business.
Go somewhere else fast if you are thinking of coming here to eat.
