There food is pretty good, if your looking for something fast and cheap.
The service was chill except our waiter was a foreign exchange student from Russia couldn’t really understand him that well.

While the food was good (as it is a Steak ‘n Shake) the service was not good. Took 20 minutes to get food after ordering and the shakes were melty by the time they reached our table. Would not recommend if in any hurry

Went in during a downtown conference and the place was packed. We were seated right away and received great service during a very stressful situation. (The place was packed with teenagers from the conference) GREAT JOB!

was there 7÷11÷2014
after a bad experience at the paddle wheel we ended up here. food was great, i had the shroom & cheese burger and the shrooms were sooooo good .lol. i dont remember what hubby had. and my son was in heaven with his really chocolate /M&M shake!
our waitress was super nice!

Bleh, nothing special. Your typical fast food joint which consists of very rude workers who take forever and a day to get your order, and the food is not worth the wait. I will not be going back. I sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes waiting after I placed my order.

Came on here for Happy hour from 2−4pm and got the good old double burger with grilled onions and a salted pretzel shake… Can’t beat the price and went away very satisfied…

Probably not «the best of the best», but still, a good place to go to get a tasty steak burger and a delicious shake! And I love their tiny fries lol! I’ve been going here since I was really young and I love to et myself a «steak and shake burger!»

Came here late at night and were promptly seated. Server was an Eastern-​European/​Slavic young woman — no issues with this — just seems to be a large amount of them working here. She was efficient and polite.
Maybe the chili does come out of a can but it was very good, as were the Malt and the salad. Fair price, good service, good food.
Next review — number 200! Of course, this still puts me in the minor leagues compared to prolific local-​yelper John H. Suggestions anyone?

4 meals under $ 4. Great fries & holiday shakes. Fast service! Out of holiday gift certificates ($ 25 of food for $ 20). Fast service despite crowd.

This restaurant has been in Branson for a very long time. They have a newer location down by Celebration City. We hardly could get a table because none of them were cleaned off. We asked for the big round booth because the kids but was told that section was closed. Closed? Its like one booth over from where you are seating us!!! Are ya that lazy to walk 3 more steps? Besides that, service was decent and our food was out fairly quick-​it was hot food, no issues. Good steakburgers and fries. Great grilled cheese and awesome chocolate shake. Stay away from the apples for kids-​SOUR and don’t do the chili or soup. Comes from a can. Stick to fresh steak burgers and hand dipped milkshakes.
